Chris was appointed as executive director last year. Is this different to being appointed as ceo

Gst is by far my biggest holding but probably quite humble compared to some on here but it's a big deal to me. I am waiting for profits from elsewhere so trying to judge do I wait or just sell and pile in here

On companies house it says Chris was appointed executive director last year.

Is that different to being CEO?
