Thing about C26 is he was pretty good on AML debt figures so I never ignore what he says.
But there’s a huge difference between Tui and a struggling car maker.
Hard to find up to date short figures here. Think now only around 5%.

For upcoming holiday in Crete, every time I searched same hotel the prices on booking.com moved up….up to 50% extra.
So I got my son to book it from his laptop and bingo….back to sensible/original price :)

Tui offering: agree with some comments below. Not sure it’s strictly necessary to have 10 types of smoked fish and lumpfish roe and Prosecco at breakfast time. But the Northern Europeans seem to love it along with all the gym classes…and that’s where the differentiation is. With Tui you get absolute security of a superior product for family units. I am not ramping because I know lots of UK families just won’t be able to afford it this Summer. The Norwegians/Dutch/Germans etc inc Baltic States will be able to afford it. Just my tuppence. Think Tui will be more than OK.

It nearly killed me selling Heidleberg cement…because if there’s one thing they’re going to need after the quake it is German cement. Was also looking at Boeing…. Eurghhhhh.

So I only stuff things into SIPP or ISA when I’m convinced I’ve got a great in price…different broker and rarely review pandl.
As we all know Tui is currently a pain in the backside. And we probably got another 6/7 sessions of volatility. We all inevitably going to make some mistakes here. I think am on 4K units at 463p. Freed up some European (cement) stock to fight this.
Going to set buy and sell limits every morning and review at lunchtime and cop.

Ultimate goal is to get these beauties into ISA at price I can live with.
Some people will give this a wide berth til dust settles. Others are stuffing the coffers and ignoring the movements.
Be interested to read any plans anyone is prepared to share?
