The value of 1911 corp to Gunsynd is around £650,000 (equivilant to about 0.065p- two thirds the share price) bear in mind they have 5,833,333 Ordinarys but also have the same amount of warrants that are 'in the money' with a 0.10CAD excercise, so at 0.15CAD the real worth to Gunsynd is 0.20, from now every penny equals two pennies.

You are mistaken. They have about twice the shares in circulation from when I first bought a year or so ago.

NAV was 0.7p last time I added it up (but that was on about 550M shares).

There is £250k in cash with the placing, but that means a dilute to approx 0.5p plus the value of the new things.

With close to 1Bn shares a penny on the Mk cap = £10,000,000.

1911 Gold has doubled, so this company is not far away from trading at about 10-15% of its real worth.

Agree 100%. This sort of thing is totally wrong. One minute the fair value is 20p but Directors can be gifted at 6.4p after being on a 250k Salary and basically 15 month of planning delays. It would be fair if he was being paid 50k. Telegram group get conned. All these things I said.

Share Placing at 6p. A lot see it as not the best news. Personally I think it will bounce quick to 8-9p.

There are no problems with the company which has cash (though nowhere near as much as some on here said, hence the cash call) producing assetts, wells to permit and drill. A lot see it as a dog but is not a dog. I watched this space like others and the main man dipped the placing, when previously asked why he did not buy when the shares went low he said he preferred to buy when it was to support the company. Well he didn't, maybe others feel more strongly and are selling at a very low price with good news.

No. Prospex have a relatively small interest but an option to increase. Prospex would only increase it stake if TESS was permitted. Probably Tessorillo is not going to happen but stranger things have happened. If Prospex is making £££ then it might be prudent to write it off but thats a tax/accounting thing and a bit beyond my eyes.

Overall Good for Prospex Spain going Green.

That is bad news for TESSORILLO WHICH WAS game changer. It was only a long shot really but even longer if they want to get to 81% RE by 2030. Tessorillo was priced at zero though. Maybe the reason for the drop? Maybe they are buying something/placing?

It will be one of 2 reasons.

1. There is Bad News, like Selva Malvezzi is pumping milk not oil, or

2. Big sell orders from someone needing some money. Not enough buyers.

Liquidators will milk every drop from themselves. 99% certain there will be no return to shareholders what could happen is everyone gift their shares to a New Co that creates exactly the same amount of shares as per the RQ holding and if enough the New Co fight from a position where 'they can do things subject to UK Law' and be a bit of a nuisance/supervise/watch the liquidation. Only Costs £50 to set up a new co, but you do need to gift your shares with a certificate which is a bit of a pain, plus its TIME.

I said circa £3M, it might be less, there will be wayleave payments, legal fees, connections but yes it might be £2M. I would rather say more cost and less income than exaggerate or stretch the position. One thing that the group does not like to discuss is the £500,000 cost of a new turbine in Spain, it was brought up in QTime in the presentation, but people don't like to hear those things. Having a bit of contingency is better.

Just to evaluate what 4 more Italian wells mean. At a cost to Prospex of c £3M. It will for 10-15 years now generate around £12M for Prospex per year at 30TTF. The Spanish Assett is close to squaring the wages and admin parts of Prospex, so leaving the company with £12M on a P/E 6 = about 20p per share. In for nothing are another dozen wells and Tessorillo which although a gamble could be worth 10x the current share price alone.
