If you want to stay healthy, do not eat processed foods, processed meals, cured meat, no added salt to diet, and avoid red meat. Take away food, home delivery of meals using the likes of uber and restaurant food should be an occasional treat.
Fresh veg. & fruit, fish, seafood and poultry all good.
Aim for a DASH diet.
Exercise every day.
A good nights sleep is good for your body.
Booze and cigs at your peril, especially the latter.
The former is OK in moderation.
Pick your parents carefully, is the final tip, to living a long life, as a lot of conditions are hereditary.
