Why would the Board of Directors issue an update to shareholders? The deal has been voted through, the money has been released and it’s just a waiting game now that is why there is a big premium on the share price for the offer. I personally think it will be done end of February early March but when you think about all the opportunities on the market, people are moving their money elsewhere to capitalize on those opportunities with the aim to add back here towards the end of January and early February . this will just stay around twenty two to twenty five pence over the next three months.
