In the announcement about Iomart’s CFO Scott Cunningham leaving, the company also said the following about trading performance:
• Trading has been “softer” in December and January with higher customer churn in some parts of the business.
• Growth has been below expectations in certain areas despite gains in others (e.g., Azure & security services).
• As a result, Iomart now expects EBITDA just below market forecasts, though revenue is anticipated to be broadly in line with expectations.
• The company is managing this alongside ongoing cost savings and maintaining strong cash control.
