Hi maz yes I don’t want a takeover yet. Been researching the company quite a lot and recent activity on linked in and deals signed in a Beijing market leaves significant value as a stand alone! In the medium term more value being stand alone is achievable

I think £1.65 a fair takeover price target for a growing business in a growing market

Agreed with that fully it’s certainly about perspective and I don’t think the opportunity was for hardly anyone to buy below 20p, it was only there momentarily. Personally feel this will be a big success with all the achievements made and the major finance at 25p. Also the grants have been topping up but still a risk. If this does work out though we should be talking upside towards £5-£6 a share even with dilution.

After all the positive results and continual good news I can’t see there being any issues on finance !! Some of the recent news has been game changing. I know it’s still up in the air but have you read this article ?

Can see these flying next week following a strong days trading Friday. Don’t want any fsp news other than the company has declined any offer (unless it’s substantially more than £1) and we can go it alone, continue to sign deals and grow, actually benefit from brexit and move towards bigger competition such as sap and oracle etc. I would recommend following them linked in etc. No cheap takeover please ......

£5 without over hype is probably and seriously a consideration. Yes this would seem pretty bad for most longer term holders but realistic non the less. So open Monday maybe 4.50 and a plateau around 4.75 next week while it goes through
