Even if they are bad results issued in January/feb I still think all the bad news is completely pricing at this current market cap. We are trading us are literally insane price to earnings ratio whatever the results!!!

Let me try and spell this out a bit clearer: if there is a cap on CMC profit from successful claim then there is a reduced incentive which is great for amigo as they have been attacking amigo A lot including processing some fraudulent claims and duplications. THIS will now reduce which is good for amigo GOing forward.
Due to the share price being stuck so low it’s obvious the market doesn’t think the SOA will get approved however you have confirmed by your copy and paste it is still “seeking approval” . This means currently it’s not been rejected and it’s all still to play for.

Which is great news in itself? It means Cmc’s will not have the ability to make as much money With less incentive?. It’s also points towards the SOA being potentially agreed which is causing huge amount of uncertainty on the share price. Once this is agreed the share price will react and do substantial rises. I’m here to 70-80p at minimum as the market for this type of lending is huge, the profit for this type of lending is huge and the dividends could be huge, see last years.

Blindinvestor How are claims management companies going to differentiate between the fraudulent opportunistic money grabbers trying to claim against a good company? How are Loan companies and the FCA going to deal with these people try to claim even though they have read and know exactly what they are getting into? Financial conduct authority should look after businesses as well as individuals who have a proper case.

Don’t think there will be any news tomorrow, however I do think possibly Friday or early next week we will see the news coming out regarding the recommencement of lending and possible agreement with the FCA which will no doubt to send the share price into orbit. Hopefully we will end the week well into the 20s with a bit of luck and momentum behind us

It’s what they are worth though is what I’m saying. If amigo loans and FCA can agree a realistic way forward, lending can recommence with the addition of new products growing into a global company, why should this not be £2.50 and/or much higher? Yes it won’t happen straight away and yes this is high risk. It’s not ramping it’s speculating and it’s what people do when they hold positions in companies looking for a brighter future under recovery and share price. Lol what do you expect from

10 bagging it’s still in the balance FCA approval but likely to happen give current board. If approval and lending then amigo will be £ not pence . That’s the risk

If lending is in full force and with the current Board of director expertise, qualification and drive we will be sitting much higher than 50p in the summer. Anyone who thinks amigo loans in full lending and agreed way forward with the FCA still only at 50p needs their head looking at. Easy back to £2.50

This is worth in excess of £5 as business move more towards online and lockdowns continue

Although I don’t like lockdowns, loop up will benefit from them and also a transformation in business strategy as we move more online. I think these are worth more than £2.50 that was hit last year. Medium term we could see between 5 to £8 a share minimum

There is no reason by Q2 2020 this isn’t doing well again. Key is to ramp up lending as the economy gets back up on its feet and deliver profit.
