Eur/ the insiders control DT. I just wonder what they want ,to sell out to the americans or to make it a great UK business. I know ML always wanted it to be a great UK business. Although ML doesnt have a position in the company ,he still has influence. Summit selling a load doesnt seem to have affected the SP

If i remember correctly Summit where bought out by Blackrock a few years ago.

Mar/theres no correlation with NVDA,,IQE would be. My guess is the shorts are on because of the ML court case. They will milk the negative news. That will not last long. DT is like every other stock ,it lives or dies on earnings/fundamentals ,all the rest is just noise. We only have to wait a few weeks for the results

Ive followed ML for over 20 years ,he is not to be underestimated. If he gets found guilty in the states,i wonder if it will affect his business in London.

Des/why focus on the SP. The update matters. The fundamentals matter. You can use the volatility in the SP ,to add when its over sold. March should be a big month with the results and the ending of the ML case

Clank/i would love to see this go back down to £13,so i can buy some more. Unfortunately i think those days are over. I can see this rerating to over £20 a share this year

Win/the market hates uncertainty ,so its a relief its ending soon. My guess is he will be found guilty but i cant see him going in prison ,probably a large fine and time served ,remember hes done about 6 months out there under house arrest. The worry is if there will be any comeback on DT,im 99% sure there wont be. As for ML having to sell his shares doesnt bother me,there will be many out there wanting to buy them.

Win/well L+G dont seem to be put off by the CEO selling. I remember when ML sold £5M worth of his Autonomy shares ,the SP took a dive(that was when the SP was about £5) many pi sold out,a few years later it got taken out for over £20 . I cant wait for the ML court case to be over,it starts on the 18th March,i cant see it taking longer than 3 weeks.

Europa/this isnt the first time she as sold. The point im making is she as told the major shareholders that she will be selling(percentage and over time period) and the reason why. She wont say" im selling 75K shares on Tuesday"

I hate to see the CEO sell but if i was in her position i would be doing the same. She has 5M shares ,so 75K is no big deal. I would have thought that she has cleared the sells with the major shareholders(who have not been selling). The fundamentals of this company are sound. The management of every company couldnt give a toss about pi ,all they care about is themselves and the major shareholders

AI, 250p was the IPO price ,its now 348p,thats up!!. At a time when growth stocks have been beaten up. Interest rates should start coming down in the spring ,the market sentiment will change, Theres many cheap growth stocks out there,great time to buy.
