The way I see it is simple....

because of the billions of shares in issue which is constantly increasing and with more on the way constantly, if the day came where UKOG would consider a dividend it would be like a grain of sand for each share held, in another words a shareholder might be able to buy a 2nd class stamp for every million shares held 🤬

Problem is UKOG keeps chasing rainbows 🌈 🙄 😕 and never successfully finishing anything. Billions of barrels of oil left in the ground at HH whilst UKOG goes sniffing for oil in Turkey as a result of a puddle of oil probably from some Turkish farmers 50yr old tractor, it's 🤢🤮🤬🤬🤬
