Good morning Adrian.
Everytime a raise is coming the shares are forward sold, once done, UKOG announce the raise, the loan co. then use the new shares issued to them to close out their positions a couple of weeks later when the new shares come onto the market at a lower price making them a lovely wide margin and Β£100k's in the process, so shorting/pre-selling is nothing new, and usually indicated by sudden jump in volumes ahead of any news/raise π but surely you don't fall for it ππ€£ππ€£
