Only problem is, Investors are wise to the UKOG scam, and the Death Spiral Finance 🤬

DL, his G/F and close ASSOCIATES gave themselves millions of shares before UKOG floated on AIM, DL and his G/F were shown as large individual shareholders on the register.

They DL etc pumped UKOG to death then cashed in and sometime later DL quit the Board and moved on with his many £m"s onto his next scam.

If he really believed in UKOG and the BILLIONS of Barrels of Oil he would have stuck around.

I think THEY knew about how much of the Thames was down there but it was kept quiet from Victims oops Investors.

Instead of fighting amongst yourselves join forces, DL, SS and Co., may even settle out of court.

I think they along with DL big fat ramper in Chief are Billy Hunting Scammers, but all my research at the beginning told me to steer well clear of anything to do with DL & ASSOCIATES now they have Yachts in Monaco thanks to their victims oops Investors, and keep coming back for more regular as clockwork until Investors start a Group Action against them through FCA and Police/Courts.

Move into a small cap/shell divide the Co. between themselves, family and mates shares wise at minimal cost, they/he then ramp the company on a rainbow chasing pot of gold, refloat/bring Co. out of suspension (PPP next), the SP (Share Price) rockets as Investors pile in, DL & Associates dump their shares making £m's in the process FREE MONEY £m💰

Then like all good scammers they leave the company accomplices to keep coming back for more on another rainbow pot of gold chasing scam then another and another paying themselves handsomely in the process 🤬🤬🤬 meanwhile Victims oops Investors fight amongst themselves whilst DL & SS are always 1 step ahead and sipping champagne 🍾 and laughing 🤣 on their yachts in Monaco 🤬🤬🤬

And, when Investors can't take anymore the scammers turn to Death Spiral Financing to further dilute Victims oops Investors into oblivion 🤬🤬🤬
