I agree its looks highly likely that the EPO has been granted but cannot find anything that definatley points to PREMs EPO being granted. We have been here before. Clearly some EPOs have been granted, hopefully PREMs is included.

We simply await official confirmation.

@kievsky, of course I am happy for everyone, myself included today. 10s of thousands have been made by some today, myself included. Some have probably made 100s of thousands. If not hard cash, then at least on paper.

Those sat on losses are now sitting with less of a loss.

Still a little cautious though personally.

It certainly looks like the EPO may be inbound but it has been inbound for at least 12 months. Many EPOs have been gazzetted previously and PREMs has not been included. Hopefully it will be different this time. Time will tell.

Even with the EPO, whilst it will be good news, GRs abject failure to get any assets producing, let alone profitable, is still a problem for serious investors IMO. Traders will no doubt do well in the short term. If GR steps aside, the share IMO becomes an option for investment.

With all these 'big backers' you wouldn't think PREM would have to seek funding in the US if the opportunities with PREM are as good as the twitter brigade are trying so hard to make everyone believe.

The difference with the US big boys is that they will do their due diligence. I doubt it would take them long to discover the track record here. Promises of future riches won't cut it against 7+ years of non-delivery.

I wouldn't worry too much about what I do with my own money. Everyone has their own amounts and their own appetite for loss/gains.

Let's see what the week brings. Not trying to save anybody. Just expressing an opinion.

That list could have been posted at aytime in the last 2 years. Some of it 5 years+. And yet here we are posting it again.

Just think ahead to 14 months?
People have been saying that for years and years. Are we now adding another 1 year and 2 months before any return is expected?

Consolidation, placing, spending spree... everyone knows it. It is a proven MO.

How is GR going to satisfy the shares needed for the fundraise in the US? He has no headroom.

So consolidation, then massive dilution and then spending spree. Same old, same old.

How else can it be done?

Consolidation, placing, further dilution and GR going on a spending spree is what I expect.

The guy has history. It's the one thing he seems capable of achieving if you look at the history of this company.

Some would argue the mega dilution has already happened. Depending on how familiar you are with the company, many times. I wouldn't state its not going to happen. Again, history tells us different.

... from a company perspective, leadership perspective and ramper perspective.

As evidenced by a failure to produce anything for 7 years, promises of "imminent" and "near term" production/revenues/revenue generating opportunity, take your pick, and as evidenced by social media posts and posts on this BB over the last 4 years by the same individuals. Even the much (self-hyped) Shareholder Action Group, who promised not to allow GR to raise the share ceiling and then had no choice but to do so.

It's a shambles IMO.

I don't think anyone on this BB believes that the sp is affected, one way or another, by what is posted on this BB, or twitter for that matter. It would be ridiculous to believe this was the case.

People are simply stating their opinion. Given todays drop in sp, it is perhaps unsurprising that some of the posts could be interpreted as negative don't you think?

IMO, I think that is a fair assumption, yes.

And I would add @Acker that if he got from the Zim Govt the 20mil or so they owe for RHA, there would be no need to fundraise 5mil.

He clearly cannot.

He is scouring (having to scour) the USA because everyone else knows him IMO.

If this was such a dead cert as many are trying to make out, he would have no need to scour the USA.

I did try and bring a balance to the BB last night but sadly got pilloried by the ramping set. The same set that are probably now scrambling around for answers to todays drop like children on an Easter egg hunt looking for chocolate eggs. Embarrassing much?!
