This applies to oil produced from hard-to-recover reservoirs, such as our Bazhenov and Tyumen formations which have low permeability. Under this legislation, virtually all the Group's current production qualifies for an 80% reduction in MET. at last starting to see some substained rise,may top up next week,cash flow should increase a lot now due to those tax breaks,

I think its because the markets were expecting more of progress in the interims,there was nothing new said in the interims that we didn't no already so have fallen back slightly,have to wait longer,patience needed,

at last something positive,may see it rise today

personally I thought update was a little disappointing,funding still not in place,no really new news,notice share price dropped and more selling,as for Giles Clark new baby,would rather see him focus on this company than sitting on other boards of companys,come on giles get this moving
