The drop like Friday just isn't going to happen again. We have now had the original drop, the Pritti Patel letter and the guardian article. Shareholders aren't going to be dumb enough to do the same again.

I was fairly certain on Saturday and 100% certain on Sunday when there was nothing in the papers.

To be fair, it was a fair enough assumption not to hold over the weekend, just the wrong one. Easy to say when the future catches up with the present.

Also, just to reiterate.

The ETI is a paid for body and so have no reason to investigate, as Boohoo is not a member. They are however members of the sustainable apparel coalition, which they require all of their tier1 and tier2 suppliers to adhere to. They also support and work with two modern slavery charities.

I am also scared to death about what the FED are doing and the US election, so wanted to derisk that a bit. However Brexit provides the same worries.

Nope, came in on drop. Previously mostly mix of Tech ETFs and tech stocks with a lucky move on TSLA, looking for same kind of gains following COVID ramp.

This was the only black swan that looked palatable out of the cinema , travel, loans stocks.

Think there will be a strong case internally to not put out RNS before review results, so that media can't pull out headlines like "Boohoo increase sales off the back of modern slavery".

Could be tomorrow, but could also be anytime in the next million years, best to be cautious. Strong feeling about tomorrow though, check my other predictions.

Sounds like a terrible idea, performance of tenat are going to be out soon and judging by booking availability and the fact there is already a decent quality torrent, it isn't going to be pretty for CINE.

Yeah,its looking like this will be a better call for me than buying SMT and TSLA when the corona dip happened (not selling TSLA around $900, bloody risk aversion).

Looking at the chart from Friday afternoon, I was assuming that 285 was support and was just ignoring the initial drop as an over reaction. Thinking 310 to 315 being the original resistance would come into play.

Honestly I would be very surprised if anything between 285 to 295 is even going to be tradeable for the likes of people on this board.

The other big question is how the 10% hit through not trading via third parties like ASOS and next has affected revenue.

40% growth is what I have seen being touted. The big question for me (and funds) is whether that is sustainable growth or a COVID exception. Given their growth into new markets and fundraising for brand expansion, it should be sustainable.
