I am staggered you have the time to waste to post that!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Might help you with my view of your posts
x
Lucky you had that information to hand Ex.
Dare I say this is all becoming a little..............contrived??
But hey, what do I know.
Ho hum
Read the RNS
It must be so sad being you Holly x
And you are looking at a chart over what period?
Just a thought Napalm, are you the twin brother of Doogie Howser? You practicing accountancy at the same age as he began as a physician -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doogie_Howser,_M.D.
Back in the filter bin for you now mad dog x
Johnski
Napalm is 5'4" and has a chode.
He can't afford a sports car, so tries to deal with his small man syndrome on here.
Accountant, my ar5e. The ICAEW wouldn't allow such a sanctimonious 5h1t to keep practicing and a real accountant wouldn't risk his certificate posting such drivel and advising people when he has zero knowledge of their individual circumstances.
He lives with the accountant fairies, in the back bedroom, with litres of goose fat!
We should all have a care here.
Holly is consistent with her PMSL
HE/She has a serious incontinence problem that we need to be conscious of of.
It’s a wet and smelly situation she has to deal with
More detail of the the specifics of the Companies Act would be useful here Holly. Please expand your knowledge and tell us EXACTLY what you believe that RNS says and how you relate it to SYME
I have seen many bizarre things on here, but I am afraid I include you in that.
"What happens if the loan repayments are not made it converts to a CLN." - what happens if they are and it doesn't? It's called balance.
From my perspective, they will be made, or they will not. There is no 'might' about it. I 'might' leave my house tomorrow morning and get run over by a tractor. It's an age old conversation Cookie and one that takes none of us anywhere.
You have shouted about rampers for days and I have done my best to have a balanced conversation with you tonight. You can keep throwing 'might' grenades for weeks, or you can wait for statutory information to be published via RNS; the latter being how markets work.
Done now, I have a life.
Good evening
Cookie, I have no knowledge or interest in people going to other boards and taunting people, but two wrongs don't make a right.
You asked me questions and I answered them, I can do know more than be honest with you and the only courtesy I ask is that you do the same in return.
"The CLN is a non starter what happens on the new loan if the repayments are not made does it convert ?" Firstly, I do not understand what you mean by 'the CLN is a non starter' and secondly, I refer you to what I have already said regarding the TU and statutory audited accounts. Why are you seeking opinion from a bb on information that has to be formally announced? I don't get it, other than you are trying to create fear. Surely no rational person would do that at 21:45hrs....would they?????
How on earth does a share price show who is intellectually challenged?
If you mean investors have read RNSs and listened to interviews, believing huge progress is being made and as such have invested, only to watch the sp drop, I would suggest your assertion of 'intellectually challenged' is cruel and unnecessary.
Your bad if your personality is such that you want to mock people subject to losses.
If you are asking about a new CLN, I am not surprised nobody has answered you, because the question is a non-starter. A loan was indeed taken out to satisfy the previous CLN, but it was a loan, not a CLN, as you will be aware from reading the RNS.
If the CLN element of the agreement had been activated, we would have had that information via RNS. We haven't, so it hasn't.
So far as any repayments are concerned, a TU is due soon and of course accounts for year end will need to be published in due course. They will contain the statutory information we need on SYMEs financial position, thus avoiding anybody guessing as to how anything is being paid. I don't really understand why you are asking the question, when you surely know financial information is presented in this way.
I would maybe take a look at yourself and ask whether you are really getting enjoyment from taunting people who you perceive have lost money. If you are, you should go see a psychiatrist, because that 5hi7 is not normal.
Cookie
"Napalm stop running circles around the intellectually challenged it’s getting embarrassing for them !!"
That is without a doubt the single most stupid post I have ever read on this bb (possibly any bb) and that is some award.
Where do you idio7s come from.......
"David Budd, CEO of genedrive plc, said: "We are at an exciting phase for the Company with both the AIHL and CoV-POC products about to enter their commercial stages. Our balance sheet is strengthened following the recent equity raise and we are well placed to drive shareholder value going forwards.""
I'm sure all shareholders who are circa 80% down are equally excited...............
BLU jam I am guessing?
No II's are going to buy into a quarter penny share that hasn't yet RNS'd any IM.
Anybody who suggests II's are buying in are guessing/optimistic/ramping.
That doesn't mean they won't, but a lot needs to happen before we get to that point.
There is a lot to be said for a slow consolidation. I too was in ARB, but people got horribly spiked there at a price it is going to struggle to get back to.
Chill and wait for news, IMO it will come, but we are all walking like John Wayne at the moment after a brutal six months.
Keep the faith is all I can say
The stars hide the ra...ts
In fact DarthInvestor, I have to label you as an imbecile.
Just to help, it means "a stupid person"
