Like a stage act, running this bb for months.
Poor you did the same on CINE for months; really boring.
Ennismore Fund Management or Millennium International?
Too complacent and ****y I'm afraid.....................

Oh Graham, thanks for your input x
??
"Ok then Steve so even if the FCA do relist ARBK which i find highly unlikely the sp will crumble, either way i win on my short."
Why highly unlikely - Jesus Chaebol, you are no shrinking violet on here, you post all the time. I am just asking you on a factual basis, why you find it highly unlikely that the FCA will relist ARB; and now also, why the sp will crumble.
Give me something other than bold statements
"Come on pi its curtains."
All I am asking, is how you can post this as being fact? Do you know something we don't?
But you said -
"Was certainly no lucky escape PI, what makes you think they will be relisted?
I cant see that happening now. Nor do i understand what as soon as practical means!
Sorry for your losses."
So why now -
"Yes the FCA are going to welcome arb back on the ftse, lol just another absurdity in the game that is Argo. The game is almost up."
Just for clarity, what do you mean when you state 'The game is almost up'?
It was obvious to anybody with half a brain that the FCA suspended ARB on Monday because of the screenshot that was shared previously on Friday. The fact ARB released an RNS on Monday morning that made no reference to it clearly compounded their view.
What else were the FCA going to do?
I have a view on what will unfold over the coming days, but it is simply that; a view. Chaebol, you seem to present an awful lot as fact. Any reason for that?
"This is far too ambiguous....... The Company has requested that the UK Financial Conduct Authority restore the listing of its ordinary shares and that is expected to happen as soon as practicable."
That is the procedure
Why will they not be relisted? What will prevent it?
Is this the CLSK bb, or the ARB bb?
'I note the FRC who are experts in accounting, state that they have seen SYME’s Big 4 accounting advice, and SYME weren’t able to persuade them that the accounting as advised by AZ worked.'
Close to the truth, but as is always the case, not entirely accurate. exact wording is available in the AR for anybody who wants to look and interpret. Let's wait for the final view of the FRC before we shoot our load analyser.
'The inventory funds don’t want the product and have no use for the product meaning they fail B81 a and the SYME customer continues to market the product to their existing customer base in direct contravention of B81 d.'
This statement, you make as fact, comes from where?
Without sight of the contracts between the parties, this is interpretation based purely on rules and each parties subjective viewpoint. It is a fantastic red-herring, but nothing more. I'm pretty sure there are bigger brains involved in the business, who are appraised of all the facts and have sight of all the documentation, that know far more than us. I don't believe I have seen any of you guys on the Aston Martin board telling other holders why the current aerodynamics should be modified......
Bill-and-hold arrangements
B79 A bill-and-hold arrangement is a contract under which an entity bills a customer for a product but the entity retains physical possession of the product until it is transferred to the customer at a point in time in the future. For example, a customer may request an entity to enter into such a contract because of the customer's lack of available space for the product or because of delays in the customer's production schedules.
B80 An entity shall determine when it has satisfied its performance obligation to transfer a product by evaluating when a customer obtains control of that product (see paragraph 38). For some contracts, control is transferred either when the product is delivered to the customer's site or when the product is shipped, depending on the terms of the contract (including delivery and shipping terms). However, for some contracts, a customer may obtain control of a product even though that product remains in an entity's physical possession. In that case, the customer has the ability to direct the use of, and obtain substantially all of the remaining benefits from, the product even though it has decided not to exercise its right to take physical possession of that product. Consequently, the entity does not control the product. Instead, the entity provides custodial services to the customer over the customer's asset.
B81 In addition to applying the requirements in paragraph 38, for a customer to have obtained control of a product in a bill-and-hold arrangement, all of the following criteria must be met:
(a)the reason for the bill-and-hold arrangement must be substantive (for example, the customer has requested the arrangement);
(b)the product must be identified separately as belonging to the customer;
(c)the product currently must be ready for physical transfer to the customer; and
(d)the entity cannot have the ability to use the product or to direct it to another customer.
B82 If an entity recognises revenue for the sale of a product on a bill-and-hold basis, the entity shall consider whether it has remaining performance obligations (for example, for custodial services) in accordance with paragraphs 22–30 to which the entity shall allocate a portion of the transaction price in accordance with paragraphs 73–86.
Hahaha - he is so in your head he uses your nose as a willy warmer, absolutely hilarious castle.
For everybody else, read castles history and his references to Savvy; there for anybody to see in black and white. Castles history is comedy gold (unless you see him in the newspaper, that history is absolutely disgusting)

Does it bother you that Arty is posting fact castle, rather than repeatedly saying #boileroom, the sum token of your daily input?
It doesn't take much to surprise a mentally deficient slug castle.
Did I read something earlier where you said only one director had shares??
Dear god!
So nobby, you are prepared to accept the Vechain RNS as factual, but none of the others? You are struggling here aren't you?
"Yes I believe there is an RNS coming Monday showing Venus have dumped more shares. We will see in less than 48 hours."
Watch this space everyone, castle is about to flush himself down the toilet with his his accompanying bu115h1t.
If his prophecy is correct, he has sensitive market information today, that is not being released to the market until Monday; inside information leaked to him from the company.
C0ck and a hard place dimwit
Nobby, your 170 acknowledgements are noted
I hate to state the obvious stainz, but can I suggest you question the company on the direction of their strategic plan and whether they are here to stay? Maybe you could just read the RNS?
You got bleeped Holly, aw bless.
I imply nothing, I guess at nothing, I speculate at nothing, I have not said I believe I know who carried out the valuation (I said I have a view).
Night Holly x
Oh, don't forget my Mindfulness post below, really resonates with your posts over the last 18 months. I believe you claim to be an ex police officer; pretty much crystallises all that I have said. Unless you were lying holly??? No, surely not xx
Not sure speculation/manipulation is worthy of a response, is it ex?
