US 10 year continuing to pare back, dollar weakening a little- the correct rational causing at hit of 1750 for gold... come one, keep it going, need a burst at some point :-).

Standard- 23rd March was reduction from 5.4 to below 5 (now we can see from this new RNS the amount was actually 4.72)
And we can see they've gone to 6.027364 which is a sizeable increase.
Interesting... can't be bad.

Gold held well overnight, US 10 year dropped a bit, ftse futures up a bit, Asia up- should open positively today ...

Nothing has changed DaggerMal, people just get freaked when the SP goes downwards- it has again in line with gold and with pretty much all goldies/similar companies.

I have separate main pension, actively managed elsewhere. I never have all eggs in one basket.
I used to call my SIPP my pension gambling addition, but it's a fair slug now so treat it like all other investments, with care :-).

I set one up a while ago, used Barclays, only because I have everything else with them- works seamlessly, it's via AJ Bell, but I contract with Barclays. I can sell shares in my SIPP and re-invest the money within in seconds in other shares (not have to wait for clearance). I have also added cash into it and got the tax moved back in correctly.
