How are your charts looking for low 4’s to 3’s? I sold up to have my money spare to go into my ISA so looking for a re entry point.
With all this omicron stuff I was expecting it to go lower?

It’s took some time but it’s finally transferred over and is ready to use. I decided to sell some wres shares today at a loss obviously but when I went to transfer my money over it won’t let me as a sale needs two days before you can move money.

I rang Halifax up and they sorted to move some other shares over and it was instant, wish I had known this in the first place. Made sure I got card factory over before I moved anything else and now I’m stuck as I’m on my limit so no moving anymore till next April.

He took a 31% stake on a $1.5bn plastics company at a first glance I thought it was a $15bn sale :-). so not as rich as I thought but still rich enough to not loose sleep here.

Isn’t masterman a billionaire? As I doubt loosing a few million here would loose him any sleep.

There is no way on earth you bought land and materials and labour costs with £50k for a said £650k home.

The top house builders can’t build enough houses so the figure needed is always going to be out of reach. As soon as cheap property is available a lot of it is snapped up by people hoping to have cheap rental properties.
If the government enforce rent controls it will give first time buyers who actually want their own home a chance.

Damn, Lloyds is going to do a big buyback instead of returning a bigger dividend.

Working of the last shard estimate I think the q4 results will be somewhere in between 250/300 tons?

What’s your agenda?

Property prices will always rise with all the buy to let people out there as they buy houses for their pension. The government needs to bring in rent controls to make rents affordable for people as it’s cheaper to buy a house than rent one.

I see they are working prices out using charts, our resident Chartist Geng is more on the money with his chart predictions than he is wrong.

I have followed Beowulf mining for two years now, saw them at 3p at one point but never put anything in them. Maybe if I had they wouldn’t of risen the way they have :-)

Yahoo finance has JLP at 108 in 2007 so a good chance it bounced slightly higher.
I will be selling mine as soon as I get my isa sorted then when my money is swapped over I will decide what to do.
People have had plenty time to get out so if it does fail you can only blame yourself but if it eventually succeeds there could be some regret?
