It's only a loss if you sell Tosh, i was on a 70% loss here in the clp days for over 3 years. 16k down which was a lot for me.
16k up now in cash and free ride shares now.
If you can wait, don't worry.

My 400k share free ride is the remainder of 2.4 mill which I held for nearly 4 years at 70% paper loss.
I took my 20k investment and 16k profit during the rise up.
Happy to sit on this now and hoping for a very good return.
