My thoughts if shorters have any involvement going forward they know where the bottom is, 85p, the management have done well, but have been quite thin on information in the last couple of years, still he could be a good poker player,?? So might explain
Stdy on the other board, stop manipulating what i said, if you fully understood, i said if holders had profits, to lock them in and use the profits to buy shares at 85p, that way they are not having to find extra money to fund the new shares, a lot depends on the size of holding and the subsequent size of what can be purchased, if the share price was to climb still from Fridays finish, buying at the max at 85p, is instant win. Thats what the large institutions will be doing IMHO, or they could just short it to hell back to nearer the placement price, and then then no benefit has been achieved by the smaller investors, only works if you are in profit currently, effectively could get 'free' shares
With the equity raise oversubscribed, its a shame they couldnt go higher, for another 100m, because may then have cleared the decks completely, stated debt is if rembering correctly is between 440-468 million, equity raise and Kl sale, predicted to bring 351m,
I agree 2 c, cannot see a real justification for a share price much higher than the placing of 85p, now past the date of being to take part in the option, surely the best way is to lock in profit, and use the option to buy in at the open offer price, is this what the large institutions are planning.
Some people are, not everyone does their homework, going back to one of your earlier posts, are you thinking, obviously hoping of placement of 98p, to be realistic, do you think it is already been set, or will be in the next few weeks, surely will have to be soon, to give people time to absorb
Exactly right time to offload KL, obviously deal not fully over the line, but could still impact remaining parts of the business. It will and is going to affect all construction, glass is the next problem apparently, noises of issues of supply of product, which i assume is the raw product (sand) coming from Turkey
As i reported on 26th April, material shortages are really beginning to bite, what impact it will have will play out, HS 2 and the amount of housing building is sucking the country dry and going to cause massive price increases
I am my own person, no one else. Just been told cement is now running out and 4 +weeks lead time, paper and plastic bags. housebuilders are struggling to find basic materials, like roof battens 2month lead times, osb board, it will be an interesting time for in the next few months,
