No 1 priority is for the board to go.
Still trying to think of a single positive thing they have done for this company since they were appointed.

We have a long way to go.

You can almost laugh at just how bad it has become here.

At least we are providing 0.25% of the total power requirements at the moment.

5 to 10% would be a more realistic figure if they can get their act together.

Let's hope they do.
The last four years have been a complete shambles.
The annoying bit it the failed one dyas deal and the spending of over £3 million helium proceeds on fees and half an AD plant.

Still shows our 25% stake under our assets and explains how the joint venture is developing the vast resources. Also shows our stake in helium one at 1.59%.
If the board have some spare time on their hands maybe they could bring things up to.date.
With the level of business activity at the moment maybe some blank web pages would be more appropriate.

Once liquidator is finished and company is voluntarily would up our investment in nxt with be held by them until such a time it can be monetised and proceeds given back to shareholders. Should be dine automatically .
The only problem is how much we get and when we get it.

Tom has changed his tune.

Gives his full support for the development of the Ruvuma licence.

Just a shame he gave it away for such a paltry sum.

That's where the whole deal is flawed.
The $16 million should have been paid to us in one lump sum.
It's not as if the operator is short of funds.

This of course means another three years before the cash comes in to expand the AD plant business if that's what it should be called.
Of course during that three years more costs fees etc will have to he paid.

The board definitely lost the plot when doing this deal of all deals.

The sp should rerate once initial monies are received.
If these AD plants are so profitable why haven't they expanded the business.

Just thought I had to break the silence on here.
Still not sure if the deal will go through.
The operators have all the info they need I assume and certainly have the $3 million deposit to pay us.
The whole thing has not looked right imo.

To think the sp is down about 95% since our new board took over four years ago.

As I said what are they going to tell potential investors to make them want to invest here.

Wouldn't surprise me if it got cancelled due to lack of interest.

We are still awaiting news that the awful deal has closed.

Not sure what they will say to potential investors at the meeting.

We changed the name of the company a couple of years ago to reflect the change in strategy.

We currently own 50% of a leased AD plant.

Dividends can only be paid out of profits so a no goer on that one. Management charges between related companies can also be a bit suspicious if done to get the profit from one to the other.

I would think they are too small to be eligible to pay. How will they prove what are excess profits?

If they have to pay then we get 50% of 55% of the profits. After costs fees etc hardly worth the bother.

Apparently after all debts are paid there will be £26.71 left.
We of course still have the nxt tec shares which will hopefully sell for millions.
Maybe shareholders will have the last laugh in what has been a farcical show by the company the last 10 years.

Probably go down 20% tomorrow when they issue another rns telling anyone that is attending that they have to buy their own drinks.

If you look at what happened at Leed Resources.

You will find that they will be suspended if no deal within six months of the may date.
If after a further six months that will be delisted. Although shareholders will still hold them but have a very difficult time trying to trade them.

Hope a deal is reached by the November deadline.

Let hope this stupid deal can get finalised before the end of the year if not sooner.
Seems the board have all but spent all the millions and are waiting on what’s left of the initial $3 million to invest in further AD plants.

Surely the amount when received will have little or no impact on the business.

As I’ve said before what do they do day after day to justify what they get out of the company and the little business that has been done in four years certainly does not justify the millions that have been spent.
