I think a few scir holders have sold out and invested directly in helium.

If all goes to plan I’m sure a share in the company drilling for the helium has to be better than the one that holds less than a 2% stake.

Imo they should have used their loan facility for any Ruvuma spending and held all their helium stake much longer.

But that is the boards decision.

The only real impact on the sp is when drilling commences and very likely hits the gas soon after.

The broker estimates issued today are of course only estimates.

We could end up much lower, however, I am putting my faith in the drilling and DM’s hard work.

I had such high hopes here with the current board in place.

I stayed as long as I could sold and even came back for a month or so (cost me over £20k for my loyalty here).

Lesson learned.

They sold off all old NR assets. Luckily kept this one long enough to at least see a return.

Nearly 10 year and three different boards have failed miserably in my opinion.

The sp doesn't lie.

The constant lack of anything here has cost myself and many other shareholders a lot of time and money.

I hope the remaining shareholders see a return on their investment here but I have serious doubts that the current board are capable of delivering shareholder value.

In almost four years they have made no new investments had an aborted one which cost at least half a million pounds in wasted fees if not more. Imo its just not good enough as far as I'm concerned.

I assume no drilling of Ruvuma can take place until the license is in place (expired 30th April).

How long until that gets renewed.

I won't say anymore but many shareholders including myself have many reasons not to want to be invested here at this time.

They are saying early July. Thought it was June.

The law is until you are removed at companies house you are still a director.

Although he may not have a say in the day to day running of things he can still take his fees.

The whole thing here is a complete shambles. Sorry to say I'm well out of it.

Didn't want to be was basically invested here nine years.

It will probably rocket once Ruvuma is sorted.

But the new board just do not have my confidence any more.
