Big rises in all the other stocks I have been in and out of.
Nothing here as usual.
The boards change of strategy is awful.
Seems more going out in fees than will ever come in.
We were supposed to have a quarterly update on the biomass numbers. Still nothing.
The million drawn a few months ago to expand the business. Still no news on that.

I think many of us would jump at the chance of 4p plus just to exit here.

An awful share with an awful bod.

I assume seismic is ongoing as weather seems to be holding up.

Our board as usual seem to be continuing as last year with lots of promises but little in the way of delivering on them.

Surely a quarterly income update should have been sorted by now.

A calculator to add three figures together is all that is required.

Probably being charged fees for that.

We await an update of some sort.

I think the Gneiss fees situation is a big problem imo.

Now of course jf has gone as a director the disclosure will go.

Looked at the interim 30.06.21 accounts over £300k went to them in fees in six months.

Does seem a lot of expense for selling helium shares and maybe our biogas investment.

Just look at their accounts.

Interesting balance sheet figures to say the least.

I just divide the tax figure by .19 to give approx profit.

Looks like someone also has an expensive taste I cars.

Regarding the cash available.

They raised over £3 million from helium share sales.

Raised another £1 million from prolific.

Spent about £1.5 million on biogas investment.

Can’t believe they have spent most of it already.

I think salaries are being paid again from January.

Maybe someone should check if the board are back from their Xmas break yet.

Where is the quarter update on income?

Hoping for a figure of £150k plus.

Everything still far too slow here.

I thought it would take 6 weeks to complete.

They have had almost 4 weeks assuming the rains haven’t yet stopped them.

Weather seems fair for another few days.

They surely have some figures available.

I did the same when announcement was made no reply.

They are probably too embarrassed to say anything.

I can’t see anyone wanting those shares.

Probably the best outcome.

The liquidator will then hold the shares until they can get the best possible price for them.

Shareholders could have a very good outcome if nxt ipo.

At least $1 a share.

I have contacted the nxt ceo.

The reply was that the accounts were hoping too be completed by Christmas if not soon after.

Availability of audit staff seemed to be the main issue.

Haven’t heard if anyone has purchased any nxt shares.

I assume we are therefore in a members voluntary liquidation.

Not sure if we have a say on it.

Of course we could have the last laugh if nxt tec ipo and shares go to $2 or more.

Penalty if filed by 31st December (unlikely) £1500.

Penalty if filed after this date £3000.

Seems they could have filed on time and at least it would given nxt more time to sort things out.

Accounts will be completed soon, mainly due to lack of availability of audit personnel.

Imo our board have panicked.

We now have no money and if someone comes along and buys the nxt shares at a knockdown price not much to distribute to shareholders.

I’m sure they could find someone to put some money in to keep it going longer.

The liquidator would take hold of the shares until the time they can be monetised.
Any monies should then be distributed in due course.

Every £500k being about .0016p a share.

About £160 for every million shares held.

Hopefully more.

Given Leed tax losses imo relisting could be worthwhile.

I think we'd be lucky to have a trip to our local supermarket.

I know we moaned about nr being freespending but at least we got something for it.
I'm sure we had a mc of more than £40 million when we got 13 barrels a day from the ausible reef.
Mustn't complain the present board did get £1 for it even it took two years to sort. I wonder how much in fees that cost us. A breakdown of the fees for all the asset sales would probably make very interesting reading.

So basically no sale no company or a highly diluted one with billions of shares issued.

Nothing much changed from the nr days then.
Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

Perhaps the bod should have thought of this when they decided to change their strategy after two years trying to sort out the first one.

I don't see aminex helping us out.
Seem to recall we got them out of a cash flow problem all those years ago.

Viable businesses take out bank loans why not in this case.

Still think chucking the one dyas deal was the biggest mistake they made.

My opinion although Tom did explain why.

Can't turn the clock back but nearly two since deal fell through and sp down another 75% since.

We were talking about 6p sp and that was pre consolidation. Now sitting at .036p pre consolidation.

Just watched some of the Q and A again.
Disappointed with my question regarding special dividend out of a Ruvuma sale.
The fertiliser business looks as if it could be very profitable. It will be interesting to know potential production figures and income in due course.
I think the new strategy will come good but will take a while.
The rate of growth depends on the sale of and amount received from Ruvuma.

Even $15 million for a quick sale would be low but no dilution expand the $10 million expanding the biogas etc business and a few million in the bank.

Should be able to generate £250k a month income in a fairly short time.

Not worth spending $35 million taking Ruvuma to production. Probably three years at least until any income anyway.

Don't think any news will be forthcoming this year.

Imo a very dismal performance from our bod.

It could well triple the asset value but if no one wants to buy the asset or the gas for that matter it is worth next to nothing which is about what the so is showing it at.

Another crap year here from our bod.

That sounds about right.
Cash in the bank and about £5 million income on full field development.
