So we are fully funded for the phase 1 seismic at which stage it would be prudent to sell or farm out a percentage for a much higher price.

Ideally sell 15% for £20 million with the remaining 10% on a free carry.

I assume either way we get reimbursed for our expenditure to date so a few more million in the bank.

Just a trade from 8.00 am this morning an early seller at 3p hopefully not a buyer.
Hopefully some better news from carnarvon soon. Share trading in Australia starting soon.

Over 3 million pounds from sale of helium one shares and a million drawn a few months ago.

Not sure how much first phase of seismic cost but above should just about cover it.

Still have about £500k worth of helium shares as far as we know.

If they have millions of losses it would be a lot nearer. Couldn't see a figure for tax losses in the accounts.

If required couldn't carnarvon take a chance on success and take the costs out of future production or a percentage of our stake.

The accounts for the year ended 30.04.2021 approved on 21.09.21 state that they have sufficient cash for a year from that date without the need for a fundraising share issue.
Not sure if this takes into account this mornings news.
If it is a duster then we would I think be classed as a cash shell. We probably would also have millions in tax losses which would be of value to another company in the future.

We haven't heard anything about seismic stopping for rain so could be due this week.

I thought the cement casing had to dry out for about a week before drilling can restart.

The oil seems to be there its just not in the quantity they thought. Could still be profitable at $80 or more a barrel.

Even at 5000 barrels a day must still be profitable.
