They have mentioned that the company is getting noticed in the city, once they announce the aum growth I suspect that the interest will gather at a rapid pace.

Increasing volume on a daily basis, GS mentioned that the company is starting to get noticed in the city, looking like the shrewd investors are/have built/building a substantial holding. $7m in the bank, no need for placing, no debt, further acquisitions due anytime, 78% of stock held by lth, CEO approaching retirement age, $2b aum by 2025, book has shifted on l2 3v1.....what's not to like?......

Lots online to research, I would suggest you start with the brokers notes & the company announcements. The company are currently looking at several acquisition targets which could come to fruition at any time as they have given no firm details,however, at the recent agm they have stated they are "on track" to be managing $2B aum by 2025. Lot's of cash in the bank (£7m) and NO DEBT. Personally, I believe that they will build the company over the coming year and then sell it. Gobind is approaching mid 60's & will be looking for a nice retirement package. The free float is low as many long term holders have steadily built substantial holdings (financial report) when the stock moves, it moves fast.

Also worth mentioning that we are on the main market not aim so regulations are a lot more rigorous hence the timescales.

That's another 1.5m off the free float.......

Well, if you've watched the video from a few months ago you would have heard from the horses mouth that this business is slow.....painfully slow due to the fact we are regulated & have to jump through hoops to get results. So all the negative post's about them kicking the can or basking in Bermuda....there's your answer. They have achieved a lot of success in getting all the "arms" of the company regulated. In the video he talks about the 2b in aum being achieved next year, pretty confident I'd say. They are getting compliments in the industry for what they have accomplished ........so far. So, stick around & see.
