Yeah its been in the 37-44 range for a while now, but been a seller hence being back at 38 at the moment.

Nice one mate, I have a property I rent out also, a could plan for the future... I am only in WSG, APC.. A few in IMM and a gamble in PRS now apart from my sipp, isa and free shares..
