I actually thought it would be better for him to do so, I know it sounds crazy (I work at heathrow) but I have every intention of sitting down or speaking to pf on my return from holiday.
Yes when I posted first time about airline risk at third world locations and a simple perimeter fence is integral to flight safety and that is high on willy walsh's list, it has to be because when stow aways enter the nose wheel if an aircraft and fall out it's one thing, but interference with safety is growing as a category and while Heathrow has a managing responsibly, making every journey better, the inherent risks sit out of country at origin.
Have a look around Tendersmart http://www.tendersmart.com and tell me that Westminster cannot submit their tender sheet, it doesn't cost anything and 3k for a 2 position seat at the AOA http://www.aoa.org.uk to eventually make it into the framework catalogue is not worth doing!!!!
Now as an investor I'd have them spending 5k a year to go to the quarterly gala, plenty of up and coming airports in the uk Et Al
They would normally have a consultant to guide them, I'll provide some guidance for free, as I'm that type of guy, proactive in my investment :/)
