Hello Folks,

I read, with interest, the anticipation of NICE news in February. I don't know if this will lead to automatic sales and rollout in the UK, though i'd like to think it will put us in a stronger position than before.

Additionally, the hearing loss study results have already been published in a widely respected journal. Surely this should carry some wait with the buyers and powers that be?

2022 might be GDRs annus horribillus although 2023 could be a year of celebration.

When the SP starts to go up on this share it really flies.

I know its a fair bit down the line, but check out the SP of GENI today on American approval. UK based company and somewhat similar product (genetic testing for heart defects) +135%. This could be us one day!

- News due in Q1 2023 about the NICE accelerated evaluation of the Genedrive MT-RNR1 ID test (February, 2023)
- Global Market said to be worth in access of £100m
- 2 other Health Trusts in the North-West of England said to be in the training and install process of the hearing loss product (news may drop this month)
- 8 more clusters/Health Trusts in the near-time sales funnel for the UK
- Working with 22 distribution partners world wide
- Of the 22; 2 have been confirmed (Inspirational Healthcare and 1 in Spain). 3 partners are in due diligence/negotiation stage. 5 partners are beginning the negotiation stage
- 3 of the new partners operate outside of the UK
- Filed US FDA PRE-SUB for the Genedrive MT-RNR1 ID product range (First meeting with the FDA scheduled for December, 2022). Hopefully we'll get news very soon

*Stroke Marker Test CYP2C19
- NICE has included CYP2C19 Stroke Marker test on the new diagnostic assessment programme
- Targeting UK launch March/April 2023 through UKCA mark
- Extremely lucrative market worldwide
- In America for a less accurate product, health insurance companies pay the hospitals around $250 per test

Agree Bruno,

Nice is the big ticket we need in Feb 2023. Everything else will hopefully fall into place around this. Orders, distribution, sales etc. And let’s not forget the stroke marker is equally as good with similar worldwide potential.

I’d be happy to be proved wrong about the Covid sales and I appreciate the variance of opinions and debate.

Ps…I could have got out of this share a long time ago with a 6 figure sum - my own fault that I didn’t (so I sometimes get annoyed with myself over this share). My own fault.

The one with the own goals - not a fan of either team but just love all football.

And just for the record I am not belittling the devastating effects of flu or Covid.

In my reference to ‘ship sailing’ I am stating that if GDR have not made substantial Covid sales to date it is unlikely to happen now. Just my take on things.

I don’t believe that we have a French distributor. I want to make money on this share as much as anyone, but better to keep things realistic. The Covid ship has sailed.

If a small amount passengers are tested from China, which is eluded to be happening from Sunday week in the UK, then this will most likely be done by Randox, who seem to have all the contracts tied up.

Just keeping things real. Hearing loss rollout in the UK, NICE news in Feb, and US pre-sub is what we should be hoping for.

Read your own article jamrock, it clears states that the Chinese must have been tested prior to arrival or pre-departure. I’m no Sherlock but the clue is in most of the headlines and even in the subject line of the thread.

Unfortunately as it’s a pre-departure test the Chinese are more likely to use their own tests.

But it still means just over a third of those who bothered to vote disapprove of Mr Budd. I would suggest the voting figures may have also been higher had it not taken place in the middle of the Christmas break.

Anyways my views with regards to GDR have remained the same over the last 2 and a half years:

Innovative, world leading products, but distinct lack of commercialisation (hope this changes soon). Also frustrated by all the false promises and lack of communication. The buck must stop with BUDD. Hand on heart - who can say Budd deserves his inflated salary?

Never traded or sold any of these shares and still remain cautiously optimistic!
