Yes, it was at 8.05am, but was also 3 days before the month end, on the 27th of April, as below:

The point I’m making is that, in my view, given we are only a day away from the 31st, and have not heard anything, I remain hopeful that the deal will be landed tomorrow!

Surely the longer into the month we go the greater the likelyhood of the deal going through on schedule?

With next Monday being a bank holiday, surely Kod wouldn’t extend the long stop date on Tuesday the 30th May - 1 day before the amended deadline.

I remain cautiously optimistic the deal will be done this month, but am also open to opposing views?
