I hear what your saying Patty3333, although i would say a large proportion of the 94% of private investors who took part in the placing may have averages of 10p or above, so the churn might be more gradual, and at different points in time.

Hi Freddie,

The monthly cash burn is around £400,000 - £450,000 per month, so best case scenario would be 15 months and worst 12 months.

Hopefully, natural revenue of up to £8 million per year will flow in from 10th July - i don't know how quick the NHS work to roll out things in the UK after full NICE - has anyone been in other shares that have go NICE????

Also, the chance of extended roll out of the AHIL in the UK and around the world.

PS....my preference would be Sir Ian Gilham to sell the whole lot in around 12 months - i'm not greedy - 40p will do!

If you want to take a punt Stockpickfree I’d do it before the new shares get listed.

£6.00 million cash derisks the business significantly and will raise the price of the company assets and intellectual property - I wouldn’t be surprised to see an Mcap of 11-13 million next week - around 2 to 2.5p.

And…there won’t be that much churn - more selling from 5p to 20p when the old timers like me can get some money 💰 out.

Prior to the fundraise I had a larger holding than Sir Ian Gilham.

Yes - often wondered about JC - at least the Chief Financial Officer has bought some - that’s a good sign ✍️ when the accountant invests 😊

Let’s not forget that JC was saying at the last presentation that the i’s were being dotted and the T’s crossed on an American distribution deal and advisor for FDA submission.

Obviously, the USA 🇺🇸 partner would have completed due deligence, so the deal has been probably subject to the placing result.

The phrases FDA or American partner usually sends the sp racing - could be Beckman Coulter as we have had associations with them in the past! Could drop any time after the 3rd June and would present a NICE 😊 platform to bounce of for NICE news - pun intended!

An interesting 🧐 couple of months ahead.

Can any maths whizzes work out and post the impact of the dilution on the Mcap and sp - it will be less than the 7.5 odd million that was best case scenario!

Private investors took up and purchased 94.4% of their allocated open offer shares. This is an extremely high percentage, and shows the amount of long term holders (like myself) wanting to average down.

In effect, the PI’s have saved the company from a very precarious financial position, that was the real possibility of running out of funds.

It’s over to the board now to start performing, by getting sales and commercial traction as promised so many times previously 😊.

Ps….in reply to the poster below, we did meet the 6m gross placing limit, I think you have looked at the net figure in error.

I would love to see it reach 16p onlyprofit, although that would be a market cap of £108.8 million.

Seems a tall order!…what do other long term holders think the sp will be after the 10th July and Nice news?

That’s a load of bulls#t - all shareholders should be allowed to vote - for or against - it’s a shareholders right - HL has been much more transparent .

You’ve hit the nail on the head - that’s what I think Garonne.

Think 🤔 of this scenario - a prem baby in Brighton is saved from an adverse drug reaction and lifelong hearing loss after the AHIL test is administered - great 👍. Conversely, and sadly in a neighbouring health trust a child doesn’t receive the test and will suffer from hearing loss and need cochlear implants.

Would the neighbouring trust not face litigation?
