With 543.14m shares on issue:

1p = £5.25m Mcap

5p = £26.27m

10p = £52.53m

15p = £78.80m

20p = £105.06m

50p = £262.50m

I believe between 15-20p is achievable by the end of the year.

I would love to hear what other long term holders feel is an achievable SP by the end of the year?

What revenue multiples are used in the pharmaceutical industry is used to value companies as a ballpark?

We are due £8m NHS sales a year after full take-up of the stroke assay.

Additionally, private hospitals in the UK and around the world will want the latest tests to protect against adverse drug reactions from the administration of Clopidogrel in-stroke patients, especially when validated by NICE 👍.

In todays money we need to get to £52.53m mcap to have a share price of 0.10p

0.10p divided by 0.015p = 6.66

6.66 x £7.88m = £52.53m.

Is this correct?...previous calculations used a figure of 684m shares, but as we know we have raised £6.0m, as opposed to a possible £7.8m?

As a few have alluded to this morning we are now sitting at 543.14m shares on issue with an Mcap of £7.88m, as opposed to £153m shares yesterday.

PanamaPete - you've hit the nail in the head. The long term holders (like myself and many others), turned up and answered the call for funds, with over 90% of PI's purchasing placing shares.

We have, in effect saved the company from a very precarious financial position, and even the possibility of insolvency - lets me real about the situation.

Its over to the board to repay this loyalty, by producing real sales, and the commercial traction, that has been talked about so many times, but has yet to be fully delivered.

PS...is £543.15M the final total for new shares on issue, or are we still due more shares - REX as an example?

To say that the £6m was now held by GDR and the new shares had hit the market?...was this not to be on the 3rd June?

Surely the Mcap and the SP should be buoyed by the fact that we are now funded and therefore de-risked, for 12-14 months anyway, with an income stream by early July.

I was hoping for 2p tomorrow - in a sense we have been in a state of flux over the last 2 months, with funding and sustainability of the business itself being the elephant in the room.

Either way, we'll have a good indication of the market reaction by 10am tomorrow!

The distribution partner looks after sales, and the clinical trial partner - validation for FDA - both extremely important, yet separate and very different.

You are talking about the clinical partner for data collection...and rightly so...its an important part of the FDA jigsaw...i am talking about an American distribution partner...two very different and distinct companies?

Two different yet important components.

Do your homework Muminir - go back 4 years - Beckman Coulter were are COVID test American Partner.

We are due another RNS....distribution partner and clinical partner are different!

An American partner is being lined up to help with FDA registration for the MTRNR1 hearing loss product.

For those of you who are new here, the MTRNR1 test is administered to preterm babies who need antibiotic medication. If the wrong medication were to be administered at this time, the result could be an adverse drug reaction and lifelong hearing loss. The MTRNR1 product tests for this adverse drug reaction, and a more appropriate antibiotic is then recommended.

Now, Q2 is when this is to be announced - Q2 ends on the 30th June. JC has said the I's are being dotted and the T's crossed on this at the moment - check the video from 34 mins onwards...historically speaking the words FDA or American partner make the SP rocket...i wouldn't bet against Beckman Coulter.

This could light the litmus paper in the run up to the 10th July.....5p in late June would be NICE to bounce off.

Ps...my new average is 4.8p overall...hurray!!!!...1.96p in my ISA and 21.3p in my normal trading acc.

Yea - i basically had to average down to get some money back - i wouldn't advise anyone to buy or sell - everyone needs to be comfortable with there own money.

It's the NHS National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE).

When a new drug or test gets the NICE seal of approval that product is written into NHS best practice and should be adopted throughout the UK.

It also gives a massive thumbs up for the test around the world as the validation process is extremely stringent, as i have learnt over the last 4 years - a stressful 4 years i might add.
