The Mail on Sunday tipped Genedrive on the 10th January this year.

They said "Genedrive's shares have risen from a low of 9p before the pandemic to 43p - a bonanza for any investor." Obviously, at this stage the Beckman Coulter deal was not in the public domain.

I would suggest, given this weeks rapid rises, the Mail and other tabloids will be all over this story at the weekend.

I got in at 46 in early Jan 21 and 106 this morning. Any thoughts on where the price might sit in a year?

For those interested in pharmaceuticals & biotechnology exposure - Genedrive might be worth a look. It is a UK based company that manufactures and supplies test kits for the diagnosis of infectious diseases around the world (including COVID-19 tests).
I got in on the 11/01/2021 at 45p and am already up 91.5 % (current price 90p)...only wish I had been braver and bought a larger quantity.

I respect your opinion but beg to differ. Reports suggest they have the technology to amend the vaccine.

One of the fundamental questions I have always asked myself over 30 years of share trading is the potential market size!...very few products or services have such a need in the worldwide population (7.8 billion people and growing by the second)...given this, i would suggest that this is a good share for medium to long term growth. Additionally, epidemiologists indicate that a vaccine will be needed annually, akin to the flu-jab (Lancet, 2021).

I agree and will keenly await an answer. Additionally, with scholars suggesting the COVID vaccine might need to be administered yearly, like the flu vaccine, I can't understand all the negativity around the future price?

I'd say given the vaccines potential market size (7.8 billion people worldwide) this stock is a pretty safe option to sit on and watch it grow for a few years.
