I sincerely hope it is approved soon Nissan, although I am just attempting to be realistic based on the available evidence. The Novacyt test you mentioned that got CTDA approval in February took 5 months.

I wouldn’t expect approval for Genedrive to be imminent. Trying to keep things real after the FDA farce.

I posed a question to Budd regarding CTDA (at the InvestorMeetCompany presentation) and he said they had a huge backlog. Should be at end of recording if you listen again from the link on the company website. Here are my thoughts:

- Do I think the SP will increase on news of AHIL sales - YES
- Do i think the SP will increase on news of more NHS sites adopting the AHIL test - YES
- Do I think the SP will increase on news of European Covid sales - YES
- Am I positive the SP will rise in the near future because of the above - YES

- Sadly, NO
- Why not? Because it took NCYT around 7 and a half months to gain approval for its Covid POC test to gain approval.
- That is the lead time we are looking at (just to keep things real)

Let's look at the finer detail of Inspirational HealthCare's RNS:

"The goal is to allow screening for all children receiving antibiotics on NICU admission. In the UK, approximately 90,000 babies are admitted to NICU each year, and approximately 80-85% of them receive antibiotics".

We'll be conservative - 80% of 90,000 is 72,000 tests needed @ a price of £80.00 per unit

= Yearly revenue for the NHS alone of 5.76 million.

This excludes the cost of the testing unit (which i believe is £5,000).

The figure also excludes revenue from private hospitals and Southern Ireland.

My calculator isn't big enough to extrapolate Worldwide revenue estimates.

I have to admit after a feeling of dread before opening the RNS, I am now pleasantly surprised. I thing we should see a bounce from NICE update today and the Thursday presentation.

Here’s my take on the half year report:

- Nice update expected later today for hearing loss product
- Initial orders for POC Covid test received in March
- Company is debt free and well funded for 2022
- Lovely tax rebate received
- New stroke product in the pipeline
- Potential for extra Covid POC sales when UK gov ends free testing
- Fully trained sales force in place

Lots to be positive about. It might be a rollercoaster today but here’s hoping for a positive finish
