Eqtec Plc have announced that they are convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve a Capital Reorganisation of

The Capital Reorganisation will involve the following three inter-conditional steps: the subdivision of existing Ordinary Shares;

the consolidation of the resulting Ordinary Shares; and the redesignation of certain of the remaining Ordinary Shares.

SUBDIVISION TERMS: 10 new Subdivided EUR 0.0001 Ordinary Shares for every 1 existing EUR 0.001 Ordinary Share.

CONSOLIDATION TERMS: 10 new EUR 0.01 Ordinary Shares for every 1000 subdivided EUR 0.0001 Ordinary Shares.

REDESIGNATION TERMS: 9 out of 10 new EUR 0.01 Ordinary Shares will be redesignated into 9 deferred C ordinary

shares of EUR0.01 each ("2023 Deferred Shares").

Expected timetable:

18 December 2023 - Extraordinary General Meeting,

18 December 2023 - Record Date of the Consolidation (close of business on),
