Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
A more interesting resolution that we will likely vote on will be the ability to issue shares to new investors without offering to shareholders first.
I believe this resolution wasn't passed last time.
Interesting indeed.
Activity will cost money, so there must be some logic behind it.
There is already a pile of concentrate, still unsold at last notification, so adding to that pile at extra cost would seem a foolish action, unless the concentrate has been sold.
Roll on the AGM / next RNS, when hopefully there will be some explanations
Have you instructed your broker yet on how to vote?
Captain hindsight to the rescue!
☹️
Are they back? Still claiming the company is going bust?
Surely, after being very wrong about the outcome of the Q case, they would keep quiet for a bit?
Surely one would wait until the WUP is resolved either way, before returning to gloat / eat humble pie?
As the details are not public, none of us know if Q&M were after this all along.
It could well have been EUA suggesting this course of action and Q&M rejecting it.
None can be sure either way so cannot speak with any certainty on the matter
Just filter them. They have a track record of being an agitant.
They claimed options had expired despite an RNS stating they had been extended (some now being taken up, some actually expiring).
They have been saying a placing is coming for the last 18 months too (a big block of that time during a period when the BoD had no authority to place so it was impossible).
They have it in for the company for some reason so not worth your time.
Timeframe for a sale? Well, the most recent communication from the BoD on that was something along the lines of "hopefully by the end of the year" at the AGM, so I'd assume that's where most people invested are aligned.
Will it be sold by end of they year? Unlikely IMO.
Could a deal be agreed or an offer made by then? Still a chance of that IMO
Could it run on into next year? Quite possible and the likely outcome IMO.
