Hi Wetwater
Ditto JamesL comments.
Is it still the case that Falcon own 100% of the asset until such time as Origin complete their farm-in commitment?
If so, then any early speculative offer would have to be pretty special as we could presumably block anything until the Origin spending commitment is complete?
At which time, one would hope that the commerciality of the Beetaloo has been proven and its value significantly increased.
Any offer at this stage would certainly be a huge vote of confidence though.
Evening VegasGal
Excuse my cider lubricated musings and I take your point but, stressful?
Time consuming certainly, frustrating with the endless delays and just waiting for any snippet of news, but I don't think it's been any more stressful than any other investment of this nature. We've just been waiting to prove up what many here have believed in for a very long time (I know, we're not there yet).
I don't think it's the knockers that necessarily test our resolve, although they certainly don't help. The real killer is time. People get bored waiting and some maybe lose sight of why they originally invested.
I'm hopeful that Origin can get Kyalla flowing. If they do then things will certainly kick off and Friday's business will look like a drop in the ocean.
On the subject of Origin!!
Like many I suspect, I was somewhat underwhelmed when the 2021 work programme was announced. It seems though that there is method in the perceived madness.
Long may it continue and good luck to you and all the other LTH's.
We might be within a couple of years of a result!!
'Energy minnow Falcon Oil & Gas saw its shares more than double in value, rocketing 104.7pc, or 5.14p, to 10.05p following positive test results from one of its gas wells located at the Beetaloo sub-basin in Australia's Northern Territory.
The company said the results from the Amungee well suggested a gas flow of between 5.3m and 5.8m standard cubic feet per day, which chief executive Philip O'Quigley said 'significantly exceeds the paramaters set out by an industry expert to demonstrate that the well is commercially viable. 'This is really exciting news for Falcon shareholders,' O'Quigley added.
Was just reading it so hopefully save schlemiel the trouble
We only re-listed 2 days and already people are having a pop at AM again.
I swear most of you simply cannot be invested here; I mean, why would you be?
Some people need to take a bit of personal responsibility for their investment decisions perhaps - no one put a gun to your head after all.
For what it's worth I'm still very confident and couldn't really care less about minute by minute price movements.
Best wishes to all, whatever your strategy
