Given the abysmal performance of this share price we will be lucky to get an offer above this price ! I just do not see where this is going from here ! Just goes lower regardless of good news !!
God forbid we get bad news .
Placing is just a no no in my opinion we need to raise confidence not number of shares at confetti money and then wait yrs for placee to get rid of them .

Mac personally l see Aus assets as a game changer just because the fact Helium is worth so much more than oil and we have just not taken the risk on negotiations with land rights etc , they have gone on for yrs ! Looking at the risks with oil exploration which l have experienced here l just think direction on speculation on helium is a share gainer in anyone’s world .
Rather risk reward than trying to build assets to just produce assets with no surplus for investor payback .

FF that was my understanding and it does not sound just a box ticking exercise . But who knows

Digger one l can think of is Native land agreements , they have been a hurdle still not agreed l think but John Barr should know progress on this as we are still in the possess with our location My opinion on this

Guess a number ! Really The company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) valuation is £8.5M, including £3 million they are looking to raise, while a recent research note valued the company at around £127M.

FF totally agree with the prospects on future production based on data etc ! But the ever unforeseen issues that are all part of producing commercial production is only as good as on the day produced .
Main concern again for me is the ever falling of my shareholder value based on share price performance , this is affected massively by the constant placing forecasts that are always at a lower value than an already depressed share price .
By now l would expect the running of my investment to have at least achieved a reflection to production , but it is just following the diluted billions of shares raised to maintain the level of production in my mind .
Now l need to see my shareholder value , as l don’t see as looking at a placing at anywhere near this share price in the next months yrs will achieve that in my opinion .
I’m holding here as l believe it is achievable to raise the share price substantially by confidence of my investment and the only thing holding me back is Dilution beyond our growth period we are currently in .
We have all got to this point by committed funds and risk so growth through production and share price value is in my opinion the only way forward for me .

FF morning ! Given that we assume a fundraising/ placing in some format what do we presume the share price would be at knowing the raise is coming ahead ? Point being the assumption that a placing coming will only run share price down unless a big change in day to day production is also assumed .
This is a concern to me as the share is now just on the lowest price ever which is not a great confidence gainer in my opinion ! Your thoughts

Meaning , No news good news as awaiting report news and hoping this will give a change in the share price long overdue .

MEM l hope silence is golden as if things all went in the right direction the options will be available to us ! But my concern is the want for a higher share price has just not been pushed forward as much as placings so the position l am in is share holder losses for me the decline has been gruelling as l actually believed in the story and hope that it is not just a fairy tail .
Let’s see the report and hope BOD start to return shareholder value in share price , it is needed NOW !
