Still baffles me as to admission doc ! Where it mentions creating share holder value after all those years l have minus - value and the expectation of even less value in the original company .

My opinion

Any spinoff or whatever has to put existing LTH at the forefront of any decision BOD agrees to as they know that LTH who are still here have been through the same expenses and risk and loss as they have less the wages and options , this l believe any morally based BOD would expect to achieve for share holder value , which is a very important point .

Share holder value is an admission statement even though it mentions seeks !!

Detail of value and outcome are and need to be detailed and weighted to the above !

Why Chinese ?? Australia need helium so why not an Aus company interest if all there for the taking ?

FF agree with your opinion ! The main elevator in share price is the important number as it has nothing to do with punters as they will come and go and moan on there travels to next punt !

The investors we need to concentrate on are the LTH and future Holders who have an interests in the companies growth .

Funding sources are dependant on need and in the past they are of the lower quality end this needs to change as it has just not a sign at this stage as a confidence underscore , quality requires quality and that is the key , so hopefully the confidence can be shown

FF that is the issue for investors as they just want to see a growth company with future potential to grow and invest in , Tax is just a fact of life and normally becomes an issue with growth ! I have not had that issue with my share allocation for yrs here as we have just not had share price growth ? .

News is the only interest any new investor will have and prospects ! I need to be shown some as future investing for me here will be only based on factual numbers not speculation . My opinion

My take on any up and coming offer is that the risk vs reward and the fair option! If that has any relevance in my opinion is a share of future warrants to holders of 6 yrs or more as the investment they have stumped up is part and as much risk as BOD have taken ie all or nothing basically . So to put light on my idea of percentage would be existing share holders of 2yrs or more allocated as you have mentioned would be a fair outcome .

If oversubscribed it would also throw more towards the interest and confidence we are well over due .

Further funding after IPO by raise with a larger number of existing and new investors would be a favourable outcome .

We just need to loose this negative share holder issue and the above and your view on this would l think do the trick .

If as shareholders here l have risked my investment on the exploration so far in Aus permits l expect to see BOD negotiate at least for LTH a better deal than more risk ie a small percentage of IPO!

I would rather see permits go bust than to give my investment so far into Permit !

And why not give free warrants etc to holders over say 6 yrs or when permit started ?

Must say that we need concrete news to really trust that this or those deals are going to come to reality !

As and when this materialises trust will be resumed l imagine , as there is no move on this pathetic share price , and posts do go quiet after ramp sessions and price retraction , l think like confetti the mass of shares get blown around and just dilute the price available , hence new funding process would change that if confirmed . That is to my reconning the first time l have heard John say that ongoing discussions although not complete will be through RNSs should be good for shareholders !
Ok that l will believe so let’s see if he will keep that word Good!
