Thoth in fairness Edison were a pr announcement and then the HNWIs showed interest.

Appreciate Thoth. I do possibly overthink. But the subscriptions to date have seen the sp rise incrementally . Hence my thought. My reasoning being that the sp has been kept neutral since last subscriptions rns as I did say would occur but then steps up with subscription shares possible entry date.
It's possibly the most fascinating and making me 'over think ' company I've ever dealt with. The RNS rollout and sp gain imo seems like a well oiled machine.
Anyway time will tell.
FWIW My missus loves giant wotsits and I refuse to buy them at £1.99. I wait until they do the offers.

James exactly. 12121212 subscription shares enter the market on Tuesday. The thing I'm going to be looking at is their uptake. Fill orders prepped!? As soon as I see fill orders after trading hours on Tuesday or bundle buys during the day I am of the opinion the cat is out of the bag. What I suspect is the mms want is for us to just accept it to happen over a week to keep the sp neutral.
I think they are going to try all the tricks that they can.
For myself next week is going to be a very foretelling week for Sareums roadmap forward.

Zylo when 'investors' start talking about where to put the money I concern myself that anyone invested is not savvy enough to have their ducks in a row anyway. Is this a speculative aim company or a wealth advisory company.

That's some of the in cheap investors(fair play) but when you start doing a gmtv like post of what you will spend it on is countable to accountable persuasion.

James I found some interesting reading in City Code and Takeover Code which I mentioned back along. The requirements of a TU are interesting. Almost par parsu in terms of lawyer talk. The RNS rollout and timing is intriguing. Watching this space and noting some posters slight change in posting attitude. Just my observation.

If my thought the other night re who might be in play is right it might be we get a fourth HNWI.
But the shares need to be absorbed in an orderly fashion. The TU will come soonish as sitting on the new money would be imo for a focused forward roadmap. I suspect the companies involved with executing the roadmap are lined up.

Hi Lazarus. I feel the fourth subscription entering on 17th will play out for a bit and the next warrant will be the 4.9p subscription warrants which will follow.
I'm expecting to see days like this for a couple weeks. It's like it is playing out as planned imo.

There are supports on posts that make no sense chronologically or factually correct.

Real_talk. What fundamentals are you using to proport your post? Surely as AN EXPLORIATARY outfit that has gained valuable information from the initial drill where the sand sediment layer caused an inability to give said hoped results. You do appreciate they have a further and substantiated record of the drilling requirements and morphology. That's asset value.
Please advise with a response that holds credibility with a reason backed response that supports your post.

that is relevant. They had weather issues. Keep an eye on Scirroco buying back. Same backyard. And as I mentioned before have the spoils been analysed for other deposits? Not one exploratory outfit not test the spoils. Some companies just raise funds on a whiff of a prospect. As the main man says in the RNS they are OK and confident given the PRIMARY drill that they will get what they are after.
What a treeshake here. I suspect some posters here are trying to lower the sp post this RNS.

Hi lemajor. Just to clarify you say shares entered the market. Is your reply to mine? The 17th August is the date they become available. So not entered.
Re would they become available to private investors but get bought elsewhere.
Well I suspect fill orders put in place for the 17th will satisfy that which will I suspect get reported after trading hours.

Alan I agree. We know 12m newly subscribed shares enter the market on 17th August. I believe at 8.25p. They will get absorbed easily and quite quickly.
My opinion fwiw is that the mms will keep this around 9p until then and we get a fourth HNWI RNS of another subscription at a price they have all been buying a bit higher than the previous ones. That imo will then make a Trading Update RNS a must as shareholders will request more specifics on the roadmap of newly acquired funds and exactly where they go. Atleast Mr Parker might deem it a cursory obligation to inform shareholders of more precise forward actions given substantialnew income.
I would if I was in his position. Which for the matter I think has been doing a sterling job.
However, posts on here by very respected posters ( we appreciate greatly BTW!) given fact backed opportunities of our ipr progression including patent updates and molecule tweaks with licensees etc....well it might just be that we get some investors join the dots and want to buy which makes the mms job a harder one of stalling the sp (supply and demand) and a giveaway would be a spread increase to try and deter new investors.
That's my thought
