I think its likely moniman. MM has been pushed into a corner this year by Sofina, Balderton and QIA who all want a return on their investment. He's negotiated Ingenuity demerger as the terms for him to leave as RemainCo CEO. Probably explains his "Mullered" post a few months ago.

With MM having taken probably more Ingenuity than expected, he's less of a threat to RemainCo, and more attractive from an institutional investment POV.
