Monty - somehow you have totally misunderstood the RNS - Matt moulding hadn’t sold any shares
Steven whitehead an employee of thg has old circa half his stake due to personal financial reasons
His shares were in a holding company FIC , which is owned by Matt moulding, as this allows whitehead to have a loan against the shares used for collateral- essentially so he could enjoy his wealth without having to pay capital gains on it through selling shares (very common). Unfortunately did him due to share price fall, it is likely his shares did not cover the loan value and if he could not raise equity elsewhere to cover, he had to sell shares as part of the loan Covenant
