Polaris1 just look back at the absolute non achievement of any income what so ever compare that to the expenditure and the refusal of the BOD to communicate with the PIs and that would be start. Hi Gillie hope all is well with you. I no longer send any emails or try and contact the company as for some reason I don't seem to receive a reply these days. Must give that some thought on why. And for the bizarre last couple of days what can you say. The press conferences today were pretty unbelievable pretty much like the running of many AIM companies.

Global I think that's going to be my approach. You may not have the possible potential but lets be honest how often does that potential actually turn into real income. GL to you hope you get your 2p here although I will be gone before that.

Jax Its hard to argue against the merits of if you have prevented one person investing in here and doing their brains in. I think for me as every day passes my get out SP lowers. When I look at my holding in my HL account, dear me its bleak! I think in all honesty there is going to be such a charge to get out of here its going to be who pulls the trigger first. Daniel thank you. JDwag who is a regular poster on Kibo posted an excellent post on KAT Thurs 19.08 LC thread. I would advise you to read it as to be honest it is an excellent post and for me describes everything you need to know about Kat and LC.
I was a big believer in Kibo, more because I believed in LC, I thought he may be a man of integrity and would buck the trend of AIM companies which pretty much are PI shafters. Unfortunately I got that disastrously wrong. I have pinched a bit of JD post….The bigger issue, as you rightly raise is who will actually benefit here given LC’s past behaviour? I noticed in the annual counts that LC gave him and the BOD a 100% pay rise. Be under no doubt, that is the first of a big rise coming, LC will be on £250k a year here before two shakes of a lambs tail……that about sums it up to me. I would never tell anyone to buy or sell, well I hope I never have, but I would be extremely wary of any company these individuals are concerned with as in all honesty it would appear to me the Kibo gravy train is coming to an end so where will they go next. Read the above about salary increase that answers the question for me. Good luck to you and all genuine holders in both companies.

SYM I don't think they will. I will do everything I can to highlight what has gone on here with every company LC has anything to do with.

I'm with HL and have done the business. And I should add I did the business with great pleasure knowing that I have personally done my bit to stick it to them. I may not win but I won't have any regrets that I failed to act. I think JD posted something like if you don't vote now against, kiss your investment goodbye!!!

emar do you know something that is the exact same reason why I have not sold any. I've already done my brains in here so I would rather lose a few more quid than let that greasy turd and his mates have an easy ride. I hope they are reading this BB or have someone doing it for them. You better believe this is just the start you now have a fight on your hands for every decision you want to get through. CF what an amazing post and I mean that. I have made the dreadful error or chasing a turd down the sewer. Yes I have my average way down and especially compared to most but have I invested way to much money here to achieve that. Im in a similar position to you but like you i have a job. Will I ever get this money back no but I will do my very best to make sure that the likes of LC at least have some sleepless nights. Once the Kibo gravy train has finally ran out of puff guess where they will be calling next? It's staggering really all the money LC and the others knackers have spent and they have produced absolutely nothing.
