Bcl. yes I think sadly you are right. This turned into a potential disaster a long time ago and that’s exactly what we are now suffering from. How much will we receive? Well if past performance is anything to go on you are probably not to far away. My concern is that as you say the money will be used to keep paying these absolute failures their wages. It won’t go into generating future income. For me I’m not sure how they are expecting to keep going in the medium term never mind 5 to 10 years as who is going to invest the money? LC recent bizarre attempt to raise money got bombed out so where will he go now? Possibly sell all the flagship projects off for how much???. If he had an ounce of self-respect he and the other failures would resign, that alone would probably get the SP up to 1p.

Well trying to take the positives out of it. He as at least spoken, but sadly that seems about it. Gillie2 post sums it up in a very polite but well informed manner. This is all very sad now and especially for all the LTHs. How many years before Kibo actually generate any income? Where is the money going to come from to keep paying the bills and wages? I guess sell off the assets and that is what worries me as well. This money will not come back to LTHs and invested in generating future revenue but instead to the same old failures the BOD. I just don’t buy into the Bordersley spin. As always I sincerely hope I am wrong here but people’s optimism around 1p per share, I just don’t buy into either. Can we really believe we are hoping for 1p per share after all these years? Think this is now just absolute hope and good luck something actually goes our way. GL folks all the best and stay safe.

And I wanted to also say if I had any expectation this can turn around I would be filling my boots here to get my average down even further. I cant really believe I used to buy £5000 chunks here and the number of shares I used to get for that money. I have also bought chunks from 1p down thinking yes it cant go any lower. Well we look like we are heading to 0.1.......

ASTEC you would think there has to be some reason behind it rather than just some random meaningless action. So as you say maybe OMV are in talks with BLOCK or even BLOCK are trying to show that there is interest from other players in the area. Very interesting and I would think there is something in it for them to put it on their own TWITTER feed.

You just don’t know what to make of any of it. Does LC actually believe what they put in RNSs I mean what is this bit Headway in Tanzania, where it is awaiting further guidance from authorities regarding a new tender for coal fired power projects. Is it on or is it another fantasy? Somebody give me 1p a share and out me out of my misery.

The question will be who will the funding partner be best for LTHs or BOD in KAT. After his performance with KIBO lets not pretend the two are the same as clearly they are not. He has pretty much destroyed KIBO so I wonder where they will all be going next for their constant fund raises and dilution and warrants and no generation of anything apart from endless ****e RNSs? They should get a good 3 years out of KAT.

Deecay Its amazing. I work in the bookmaking industry, if my colleagues or I performed the way some of these chancers do we would be leaving by the back door. It is pretty poor all round. I really had lost faith but was willing to stick with the company and BOD until the warrant situation. I was appalled but some said well LC and the BOD may have had to agree to that. I did not agree but you think well just maybe. But then the recent proposals and vote that I still cant work the numbers out for. All very sad.

What a disaster LC is. It’s amazing how in some industries you can be absolutely useless, a complete liability yet prosper. When you consider his performance with the absolute decimation of the SP. I wonder if he can remember the days when he spouted his ****e about creating shareholder value. I looked back recently through some of my purchases, how much you had to spend to purchase 1 million shares. Staggering how the man has the nerve to take his salary in two companies along with pay rises and of course the infamous warrants. A shameful performance by people with no shame. Hang your heads all of you.

I would like to add that we should not forget the endless RNSs that have been issued containing absolutely nothing, anything from drivel to what we already knew…….It gets smellier and smellier, time will tell but something not right behind the scenes me thinks.

I have been having a look at the spend as well and as already stated if the last placing money that remained after outstanding debts was paid was not used to pay salaries then where is it or what was it used for? Now I always try to be careful what I type for obvious reasons however I would not be surprised at anything that comes out of here in the future. The recent shenanigans that went on including the votes for and against which I still can’t get my head around all smacked of absolute desperation. We are now hearing the rumblings that we are going to see what assets we can take forward, otherwise known as what can we flog off for a few quid that previously we valued at millions of dollars. Something just does not seem right about all this. The not paying of salaries and not informing us by a RNS just rings the alarm bells louder and louder. GL all.

bcl42 I agree I am no expert but this does not seem to be right. Surely a RNS had to be released. When you think of the absolute drivel they included in endless meaningless RNSs and yet something as crucial as this we knew nothing about. Shocking totally shocking.

grimt1 Its a free world (apparently) and we are all entitled to an opinion but honestly your posts. This is one of the biggest shams, some may use the word scams but I will stick with shams. They have produced £0 and by the looks of it are going to produce guess what £0. I agree SHs have shot themselves in the foot by continuing to invest in this BODs who......just read CF post it says it all. GL to us all.

I can’t get my head around the voting. I can’t believe any of the major PI holders voted for so either they didn’t vote and you have to ask the question why or something here does not add up. Not sure either where Kibo now goes with all this. I’m just hoping that everyone can come together and look for a way forward. For Sandersons votes who knows I’m inclined to think they did not vote by the votes but surely they did so….

Aerial good luck mate. I really hope we can all get out of this absolute dog with something like our investments and I mean that for all LTHs. The feelings of complete distrust for this company get stringer everyday and I just want to be out even maybe losing 40k. Can't really believe I'm typing that I would be so relieved if I could get out tomorrow losing only £40,000. GL everyone.
