Good Morning Jason,
Form 7’s are a requirement. Looks like the issuer is late in filing theirs.

Subject: XOP monthly progress report
Hi Team
I noticed XOP (CANADIAN OVERSEAS PETROLEUM LIMITED) hadn't provided a monthly progress report for January. Is this a mandatory requirement on the cse exchange or can there be exceptions and if so in what circumstances can the report not be submitted?
Kind Regards'
Looks like no exceptions so why has it not been filed..

Form 7 - Monthly Progress Report
This report is part of the Exchange's enhanced disclosure regime and is not intended to replace the Issuer’s obligation to separately report material information forthwith upon the information becoming known to management.
'This report is intended to keep investors and the market informed of the Issuer’s ongoing business and management activities that occurred during the preceding month. The discussion in this report must be factual, balanced and non-promotional.'
Is it?? just waiting 10 odd days to go hence most of the traders have gone else where for now... feel for the long termers but looking good for those of us that have just bought in 5 mil cash can do a lot with that especially with a quality gold project already in the bag just a short trade for me

La Zarza Almost sold for 4mil in 2013 wonder what it would potentially be Worth now with the gold price double what it was then...
There is another story from 2016 https://xxw.lenouvelliste.ch/articles/valais/canton/deux-projets-a-60-millions-sinon-rien-492695
The big take away from this is the quality of the project
'The simplest project concerns Evolène. These are five luxurious buildings with hotel service and connected to each other by glazed undergrounds so as not to impact the cachet of the place. “In addition, the capacity of the hotel restaurant will be deliberately lower than that of the suites to encourage our future clientele to frequent local inns.” Adjoining this hotel complex, three mazots would form a “medical hamlet” devoted to orthopedics , rehabilitation and fitness and also open to the local population (see box), "just like the spa which would be of a level equivalent to that of Mer de Glace in Nendaz". A comparison that is not free since the architect of the project is none other than Jean-Daniel Masserey, that of Mer de Glace.'

If 125mil is being spent in the project what would the RTO value be when the suspension is lifted.... Risk/reward is excellent as the current business is now profitable and growing...
Here is the link I think it's been partially posted on twitter but I signed up and the cancelled to get the full story to have Nico as a NED at STN as well who is also a NED of partmigan holdings this could be a mega RTO https://Xxw.lenouvelliste.ch/dossiers/le-valais-qui-se-transforme/articles/evolene-un-projet-a-125-millions-presente-a-la-population-813990
de Boucaud and Peter Weatherill, current manager of the Grand Hotel and Kurhaus d'Arolla, discuss the purchase of the hotel. "At first, you wanted to acquire Mont-Collon," says the hotelier. "It's because I didn't know it was for sale," smiles Cédriane de Boucaud. Peter Weatherill grants it, he was not looking to sell. At 62, however, the man told himself that it was time to think about the future and seize an opportunity. "If the train passes, take it. There is nothing to say that it will stop next time, ”blows the person concerned. Although there have been several offers in the past, none have planned to maintain the establishment as a hotel. An essential criterion for the safeguard of the resort of Arolla and a primordial condition for this great-grandson of the founders of the Kurhaus,
Cédriane de Boucaud understands this philosophy as the desire to immerse guests in the mountains and to offer a different sport, far from the ultra-frequented ski areas. "Arolla is a gem," sums up the buyer, who does not expect any change for one or two years. "We want to know this place. Meet its customers, appreciate its dynamics and rub shoulders with the Arollians ”, justifies the latter. "Then we will do renovations based on how we feel about the customers."
For now, everyone just appreciates the nice wink that this acquisition made to England. "My father is English and the hotel was built for English guests," says Peter Weatherill. Selling the hotel to a couple from across the Channel means ensuring that the glory of sport and the joie de vivre of the British resonate for a long time between the walls of the famous Grand Hotel and Kurhaus in Arolla.
