Think there is still a possibility this could be agreed as the KRG will claim those costs were not paid to IOC's due to not receiving their share of the budget from ICG. We wont know for sure till it pans out.

I'm thinking the restart of exports will be of more benefit to Genl than some other KRG oilers, might be wrong of course.

The general consensus appears to be those tankers are loading with turkish oil produced in the Mount Gabar region with a pipeline teeing into the ITP. Seems like another twist in the tail....to me anyway.

So either KRG received payment and seen fit to use it for purposes that (in their eyes) should've been paid for by ICG or the money was embezzled or more unlikely but possible the KRG were never paid for these crude oil sales.

Looks like heading to Azeri pier unfortunately but T.Suna currently on KRG pier which is encouraging although doubt very much it's loading with Kurdi crude.

Tanker on KRG loading pier for the 2nd time, not sure the exact purpose but encouraging that something must be flowing, perhaps testing or cleaning in preparation for exports resuming?

Just for clarification that's not the KRG pipeline those 2 tankers are loading from.

Just to let you know there's an oil/chemical tanker berthed on KRG export jetty at Ceyhan.

Hopefully a sign of preparation for usage in the near future.

Hi Rog, u do understand that there are 2 pipelines, the KRG one and the original Kirkuk to Ceyhan which has not been used in recent years but has possibly been repaired. Both terminate at fishkabour on the Turkey border and join into the ITP to Ceyhan
