Looks like a few of us have taken a long term view on this new business. Your right about the price pedro, think this could help the price hold at this level but expect ups and downs until we establish (our directors) with new company/ideas. Plan on a further purchase re the open offer at 4p if given opportunity. All keep in touch and GLA.

Looks like around 4.25p is the current entry level as suggested. Still happy to be in this stock for the longer term. Directors holdings give confidence. It looks like a wait and see situation. GLA

Not sure about running cash balance. Last figures only seem to show small losses in previous years. They raised £6m via the placing and hope they will receive something from sales of the old business. Also not sure how many options were issued in the old name. I see a large amount was issued/exercised by TIger. This forms a portfolio of over 40 holdings I hold and consider this a speculative buy..... GLA

As you can read from my previous comments this stock is has been very frustrating over the months but still hope that things are going on in the background and await RNS news. I am only in for 40k shares so not massive. If your thinking of buying I would personally go for a buy entry of 4.25p (my average is 4.5p) I have said in the past that the placing at 4p to the big players was unfair at the time but sp is now moving to your suggested entry price. The fundamentals of this new business is going to generate a mass of interest/profit if they can get it right. Good luck what ever decision you make SHAMWARI and good luck to any current investors.

Yes, well done Pedro76. Think we will need to be patient until we see the Shearwater website update at the end of the month. Any news to effect this share will come via an RNS so it's going to be a "wait and see" situation. See another few sales go through today. They really do need to inspire shareholders/market with some positive information soon. Good weekend to all in the boat - don't fall overboard just yet!

Why am I not surprised about a no response. Well done for trying Pedro but think we all just have to wait for an RNS whenever that will be. In my opinion this is the sort of stock where "you pays yer money and takes yer chance" Expertiise in place with no business to manage. Let's hope of some news sooooooon! I agree with the new appointments. Let hope they are earning their salaries, option schemes, warrants etc etc As you say the top management is in place..... To hold this share price we really need an RNS of company moving forward. I will be looking on the BBoard but will only respond again when we see some company news. GLA

The cost to market this product must have been enormous. Although approval has been made from the majority of important growers (Is America on the list?) we will still be so reliant on our company distributors and the way they market the product. As you guys say it would be nice if a few large investors purchase sizeable positions and this company could shine. Been in this company a couple of years now and here for the journey. It would be nice if Eden could provide a sales update but seems unlikely soon. Fellow shareholders - Where on earth is an RNS about this old/new business? I find this very strange when a company changes direction and provides no update apart from employing some very expensive staff. Would have thought they had sold the mining business by now. With no news this is becoming more of a mystery. I showed my concerns about the volume of shares issued via the massive placing at 4p (to the market players and not existing holders) Anyone out there concerned or have any ideas where this company is heading? A cyber business was great news but no one wants to invest in a shell. Looks like a bumpy ride ahead unless RNS announcement comes soon. GLA

Good to read your comments. I have been a holder some time now and interesting to see the changes afoot. A very strong board for the Cyber business who will Carefully select buy ins. Interested to find out via RNS how much they will achieve for the mining business's. The current large share holders may have built up on the back of the placing at 4p but hope they have a lock in for some time. Since the company name change and press tip we have had a good ride but has come back since. Would like to hear some news on the sale of the old business and new investments Via RNS soon to keep sp at current levels or better. Hold a modest 50k shares in my SIPP originally bought as a long term investment and although company has had this business change happy they chose the cyber industry. Good luck on the journey folks.

Following my post on Monday found some Interesting stats/thoughts from another investor. Quote: The Notifiable shareholders per website today are: Mr and Mrs R Persey 14,112,252 11.06%; S Rogers 13,508,900 10.60%; J Horne 8,953,900 7.00%; TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Limited 7,419,010 5.80%; Barclayshare Nominees Limited 7,136,214 5.60%; Hargreaves Lansdown 6,493,237 5.10%; Mr & Mrs IM Laing 5,000,000 3.90%; Lynchwood Nominees Limited 3,860,407 3.00% TOTAL = 52.06% I think this may be out of date as it does not include 3% of La Valmy Trust recently notified. I suspect that the HL, TD and Barclays holdings comprise mainly individual and SIPP/ISA accounts. A takeover approach would have to be acceptable to a lot of long term holders. It may be that the recent share option grants have to been set at a level that will particularly benefit the executive team at £1.25 a share or more. Though still a "minnow" it seems to me that smaller investment funds might judge there to be potential for a 200+% profit within 3 years - and at the moment they might be able to mop up 15% of the company for £10m It is good to read these posts on a company going places. SPUP glad to hear your average price is on right side of SP. Would like to see some larger trades from institutions or fund managers to push into higher levels. It would also be nice to get another new contract confirm on RNS. I'm sure it will come and when it does predict a price in 70's by Dec 16. Good luck to all.

Good to see revised agreement to develop any new products individually. Seems to have stopped the advised sales (or short positions) I'm in the company for the long term and hold in SIPP account. May decide to buy more if sudden price drop but think this is unlikely. Good luck to all investing into this growing company.

This really has taken off. Let's hope they can keep up with orders/contracts. If they do this stock will fly.

This is a hold stock with big benefits later down the road. This is not a trading stock for me, I believe ithe potential growth in Eden is huge and price will reflect this a year or so down the road.
