Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group developing new therapies and treatments for blood diseases, announces that the Board of Directors has agreed to grant options over a total of 6,200,626 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Share Options") to certain PDMRs and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Company.

Further Re. Development Agreement



On 26 June 2020 the Company announced a Development Agreement with a global pharmaceutical company ("GlobalCo"). GlobalCo has now consented to the use of its name in the announcement, an updated version of which is shown below.

Development Agreement



Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc is pleased to announce that it has signed a Biological Investigation and Material Supply Agreement ("Agreement") with Eli Lilly and Company ("Lilly"), a leading global pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, manufacture and marketing of human pharmaceutical and veterinary products.



Under the Agreement, Lilly will supply the Company with certain biological materials and related confidential information in order for Company to perform research and development activities aimed at the discovery and validation of novel materials ("Materials") to be used for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus ("Lupus") and possibly other autoimmune diseases.



This will complement the Company's own development work currently being undertaken. The Agreement stipulates certain confidential provisions.



Under the Agreement, Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals will grant Lilly a research license for anything jointly developed under the Agreement, as well as an option for an exclusive worldwide license to commercially exploit jointly developed Materials. If such option is not exercised by Lilly, the Company will have an option to license the jointly developed Materials itself.



Dr Vladislav Sandler, CEO & Co-Founder of Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals, commented: "This agreement provides additional support for our development plans for the development of novel treatments for Lupus and other autoimmune diseases, and complements the work that we are already undertaking with our own resources. This close collaboration offers the potential for ongoing value-adding licensing arrangements with a major pharmaceutical company with the benefit of their global reach and large-scale resources."

Yeah I have watched the interview a while ago and that’s what I remember him saying ! That for every share you will be given a StemPrintER Share unless it’s the same idea as now in that U.K. StemPrintER shares will be worth 1/5th of the USA StemPrintER shares ???

As you say our AIM shares are worth 1/5th of the NASDAQ shares so I take it then as an equal balance on the demerger of StemPrintER we won’t get a 1:1 shares in StemPrintER as that would mean we would be getting a lot more shares than the yanks !! So presumably would we actually only get 1/5th of your total AIM shares in StemPrintER shares ??

Yes the Sterling has risen against the dollar so I have been taking advantage of that and buying tech stocks such as Microsoft and Nvidia. I read somewhere that if you buy a foreign stock and you could have bought the London listed one of the same then there is some sort of penalty not sure if it’s a tax or something ?

Looking at the current NASDAQ SP of Tiziana it is $7.93 which converted to GBP at current rate is £6.28 !! So once again apologies if a dumb question lol but why isn’t our share price £6.28 ?

Hey CityT. I have a question if you wouldn’t mind answering it. I have looked online but cannot seem to find an answer so forgive me if this is a stupid question LOL

So as Tiziana is dual listed on London AIM and also NASDAQ if say the NASDAQ $ SP Rises by say 20% does that automatically make the London £ SP raise the same 20% barring any forex GBP to Dollar rates ? And also vice versa ? Or are they totally separate ?

I’m currently in blue for the first time which is a great relief. I’ve been buying more stock and rinsing mine so feel a lot happier. The latest video on Tiz website I think is absolutely brilliant !! And when it goes out on Bloomberg I think the SP should get a lift.
