So when we do get taken over is it possible that we would be given shares in the Global Pharma company ?

ref JHFH if there were to be a Takeover I take it that it would depend on all shareholders voting for the Buyout ? Or would it be just the majority shareholders that vote ?

Hey JHFH a Take over would make sense for a Global Pharma as if there are many licences and it royalties it would be much cheaper in the long term to own Hemo and therefore not have to pay the licence fees for years and years

ONTARGET Morning ! I have a question. Several posts on here keep mentioning that the MMs are trying to keep the price down and stop it building. Surely that is against their purpose of making a market isn’t it ? Why would they want to do that apart from the placing at 7p ?

Well yes I agree ! our humanized mice's would definitely enable them to do that as it is one of the functions they were designed for as you know.
As Hemo doesn't have any existing revenue streams how are they planning on gaining them do you have any knowledge ? ie are they going to make money from royalties or actually go into manufacturing in the long term ?

Ontarget - thanks for your reply. I have already heavily invested in Hemo I've got 585K shares though unfortunately I came in when they were about 10 to 12 p so I am currently sweating a £15,000 paper loss which is going to stay there until it goes blue and beyond as a long term investment. I was thinking that Orgenesis has brought Hemos technology to market as in the Antiviral Bio Defence Program so can Hemo do the same ? as it will conflict with Orgenesis ?

Hey JHFH and all regarding the collaboration with 12% gain for Hemo from Orgenesis with the newly announced Orgenesis Anti Viral Bio Shield Program is anyone thinking of investing in Orgenesis ? As I think they are going to be a 10 bagger what are your views ?

Hi Tuan6 yes I know that thanks I learnt that by reading posts on this board and yes it is only a paper loss so will keep hanging on to 500k I see it as a long term investment at the moment.

Seeing as Astra Zeneca's recent bid to merge with Gilead failed and also one of Astra's Lung Cancer treatments doesn't work they could well be a candidate to easily take over Hemo !

Hi Mornington yes I have done a lot of research into Hemo and as we all know it has got ground breaking potential !! As soon as major news released I think you are correct in terms of at least going back up to 10p or maybe even 15p which as I came in at 10p I'm sweating a very large paper loss which I cannot wait to turn blue
