Many thanks for your reply. My platform is AJBell and when I cannot buy electronically it comes up with a message to phone the dealing room,I do not get an option to do an NT on my platform or is that what you meant in that you had to phone a dealing room to get a NT price ?

I am fairly new to investing so I am still learning so appologies if this question sounds dumb i just want to be sure lol.Before you said the Tils shares were Nt to buy. That I know is Negotiated Trade is that where you try to by electronically but it keeps coming up with a message saying to phone dealing room for your platform ? or are you looking at a investing website tool somewhere that shows that the shares are currently NT to buy ?

That message relates to the American ADR stocks that are of a higher value than our AIM stocks so as to even out the value of their shares to ours. IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACCUSTEM StemPrintER company spinoff

Most company actions have built in contingency to allow changes so in this case the contingency is 14 days so whenever you see a message like that just expect it to be announced on the last day.

Having been a manager it is so that all managers in a company know what date an announcement will be made and gives the full 14 days for any alterations to be added. Most companies plan a minimum of 6 months plus ahead.

Yeah I know it is a differnet disease but isint't it the same or similar technique for all blood cancers ? ie you take cells from the host human T cells and reprogram them to attck cancer infiltrated cells ?

Hey JHFH saw this news today about American FDA approval for Gilead CAR-T Cell therapy has been given approval on Friday 24th July 2020. I am not a scientist but the technique loks to me remarkably similar to Hemogenyx CAR-T Cell therapy !! DSo you know if Hemogenyx has patented oor technique ?? Should we be worried about this ?? As Gilead must of had trials which have passed !! Please note I am not trying to deramp as I have a large investment in Hemo I am just a lot concerned.If you cvan advise I would be grateful

Ahhh right it's as straight forward as that then so it doesn't mean I pay the charges at the end of the quarter ! thats cleared that up then. Say I invested in American stocks I invest say £1100 and select include charges which then automatically takes the broker fee and Stamp duty and foreign exchang echarge. I'll carry on doing that then.

Would you mind answering another question. As i have said previously I am new to investing as I had an accident at work resulting in my employer terminating my employment on grounds of disability. Using my payoff as an investment I find its a really great way of passing time and I greatly enjoy it and learning all about the science behind companies like Tils.
Here is the question again apologies if sounds dumb but I do not want to carry on a procedure that is incorrect.
Ever since I started investing 6 months ago whenever I buy stocks or sell them my platform asks me if I want to include all charges on a purchase or a sale. I have always selected yes include as I did not want a large bill at the end of the quarter.
It has just occured to me am I doing the right thing by always including charges ? For example there might be an annual charge for my platform to keep my stocks. As I sometimes keep a stock if it tanks for example and I unload it say after a week I would have paid the annual charges for looking after the stock ? I also buy and sell a lot of american tech like Microsoft /, and AMD etc. so I know the forex charges are built in if I include charges. My platform is with AJ Bell I would be grateful for your expert advice :-)

I have a question which if sounds dumb apologies in advance LOL

I have been in Tils way before the Stemprinter decouple announcement and I have just topped up with £5K.

My platform currently has my Tils instrument set for AUTOMATICALLY REINVEST DIVIDENDS. Is it likely that on the Stemprinter decoupling we could receive dividends or would any shares in Stemprinter be classed as dividends and therfore automatically reinvested in Tils ? Basically what I am asking is it better to turn off automatic dividend reinvestment or leave it on ?
